I Naresh Sanwal BPTP customer code - 147482 booked unit in BPTP project PEDESTAL @70A sector 70 @ 70A, gurugram, Haryana in 2013. At that time they promised that they will give possession on Dec 2016 and till possession they will pay Interest on loan. But Since Oct 2017 they have not paid interest amount, I am paying Interest to HDFC, besides writing BPTP every week reminding them to pay Interest amount, but they donot have cutesy to reply. I donot know when I will get possession o[censored]nit and at what cost because now taxes will be more as compare to before .
I requested BPTP that It is not feasible for me to take this unit as it has been delayed and cost will be more, so please take this unit back and give all the money back which I have invested, but all in vain.

    I reside in bptp park 81, sector 81, greater faridabad. There is a street dog in this society who has been bitting people around. We have complained to the bptp management n no. Of times to have the dog removed but they did not help us causing us more damage and harm. And today when the staff came to check about the dog, they tried to misbehave with me (A woman) using foul language and inappropriate gestures trying to enter my house. This is a punishable offence as per law and must be strictly and immediately attended to. The name of the person was vivek and he addressed himself as a supervisor.

      flat n205 bptp park elite premium exorbitant escalation of costs

      Dear Sir/ Madam,
      I had booked a flat with BPTP (Park Elite Premium Sector 86 Faridabad).
      The Builder has delayed the project by Two years and is charging and escalation Cost of 8 Lac 31 Thousand Rupees, While the Basic Selling Price is Just 28 lac Rupees. This is an escalation of cost by almost 30% of the BSP.
      I think this is totally unfair on part of the builder.
      (The Flat was supposed to be 1305 sq ft but now...

      I had applied for a flat in gurgaon in bptp terra, sector:37 d, gurgaon on 21 august 2012 and subsequently the was allotted to me on 6 december 2012.
      Now after 5 years, the builder (Bptp) is still not confirming the date (Tentative) by when the flat will be ready for possession. I have already paid 90% of the amount (Rs.90 lakhs).
      Kindly guide me as to how i can get my money refunded or what action can be taken against the builder.

I would suggest you that go ahead with filing a case in consumer court and the total amount paid by you to the builder. you can also claim the compensation of interest added for late possession by the builder as per the builder agreement and also some compensation for mental harassment.

      he specialises in builder cases and has successfully settled with builders who have defaulted on their agreements or have cheated home buyers/investors.

        Dear sir,
        I, rameshvar gond - 16, venus apartment, inder enclave, near mianwali nagar, delhi-110087 booked 3 bhk flat (Booked flat no-1604 & customer code - 141525) in bptp - park arena project, faridabad in feb’2012 & paid 37.33 lakhs till 22-sep-2012. I was assured to handover flat possession by end of 2013 by providing unsigned agreement copy. Later in agreement copy the period of possession was written 36 months from the date of booking i. E. Aug 2015.
        Sir, nearly three years are passed even after second agreement copy schedule possession date & still i have not given possession of flat. Moreover the construction of the project also stopped since end of 2013 & not resumed yet. Every 5/6 months they are increasing possession dates & latest possession date is 2018. Looking after such situation it is difficult to get flat possession further so many years.
        Mean while i send so many letters for return of money with interest or exchange. They offered me exchanges which were bad and hence i rejected. They threatened me if i ask money back then they will apply cancellation clause and deduct money around 10-15 % from paid money and that too with the approval of management.
        Sir, now i am retired person from m/s. Mother dairy. I invested all my saving / retired funds in this project to get house to live in. I am in deep trouble and bptp are not giving any satisfactory reply nor returning my money with interest.
        It came to know that the project was passed only for 14 floors but they extended it to 19 floors and hence the construction is stopped.
        Bptp is doing fraud and cheating by this way hence i lost the faith in this company. Since customer is lost the faith in the company / bptp is unable to handover possession in time hence as per many verdict company should return the money with interest with compensation for agony i. E. Bptp should return 37.33 lakhs + 12 % cumulative interest from 2012 till date of return + 5 lakhs compensation.
        You are requested to do needful on priority.

          Sir, i rameshvar gond booked 3 bhk flat in bptp project of park arena, sector 80, faridabad in year feb'2012.in unsigned agreement it was assured to hand over possession by end of 2013. Later in signed agreement it was 36 months from date of booking i. E. Aug'2015. I paid 80 % amount i. E. 37.33 lakhs by sep'2012 without any delay.
          I have not given possession till date and construction of project is stopped since end of 2013 and not resumed till date. Every time possession date is extended, neither they are starting construction nor replying any queries.
          That offered me other bad options which i had refused. I asked them to return money with interest for which they are not ready and threating to apply cancellation clause and deduct amount from paid money that too with management approval.
          Sir, now i am retired from mother dairy service with no recidence to live in. I paid most of my retired money got from mother dairy in this project. One sided clauses in agreements are ruining my leftover life.
          Now already 5 years delay and do not know when they will start construction and will handover flat?.
          It came to know that the project was sanctioned for 14 floors but they illegally extended to 19/25. The reason for stopping construction is not known neither they are answering.
          Sir, now i lost faith in bptp company and since due to huge delay i am not interested for this booked flat hence i need my money with interest.

            Myself daksh rajput, i am living in bptp the resort sec 75 for 3 year. Since then all the residents have the problem for poor club facilities. The gym equipments provided in the club is soo poor (Weighing rod has bent, not enough dumbbells) also the jacuzzi haven't started yet and the steam bath does not work properly. Had already complained about these things many times but no action taken yet.

              I have booked a flat in bptp spacio 37 d gurgaon in sept 2010 till now we are very desperate to get our home and really dieing everyday in wait for possession of our flat if they have given on time in 2014 it is a huge loss in five years emotional as well as monetary thanks god its modi in power home prices are in comming in reach of middle class, in congress govt they had already fixed shares or big bribes in almost every builder projects. So they have not forced any builder to deliver projects.

                My customer code is 121218. I submitted transfer paper in aug 2017 and was told that paper will be transferred on my name from the old owner name in 15-20 days but now it is more than 3 months and transfer is still pending. I am calling customer care every week and not getting a satisfactory response. Every time, customer care executive says that we have sent mail to office and it will be done by next week. This is a very irresponsible behavior towards work. Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis.

                I do have same issue and my customer code is 147057 and documents were submitted in OCT 2017. Every time I call them they ask for 7-10 Days but not doing. Seems like dealing with govt agency not a private company.

                  Bptp has increased the basic cost with extra escalation charges.

                  The only way to fight them is by coming together. We can hire a good law agency to hold bptp from overcharging not just in escalation cost but also maintenance charges. On average for a property, that is not fully developed, they are charging maintenance charge of almost 8k/month, which is not even the maintenance cost of good societies in dlf phase 5.

                  Further they want us to sign a document within next 30 days that is having us forcefully indemnify them of all quality issues etc.

                  This is pure blackmail.

                    Hi, i had booked an sco plot in march 2006. It was time linked plan for 8 months and i was to get the plot. Contrary to booking agreement the company started demanding and accepting payments in 2008. For two and half years i followed for acceptance of payment and delivery of possession but the company keeps on evading the issue.in 2008 bptp ltd allocated one plot number, i visited the site but no existence of block and plot, no basic infrastructure and amenities which i was supposed to get at the time of possession. I required an approved license, layout plans, completion certificates from the company officials but they refused. On further inquiry, i came to know that bptp ltd has no rights, title, marketing and selling rights for the above-mentioned fictitious project. I have already paid 90% of payment in the year 2008 and company has canceled my earlier sco allotted plot number in the year 2013. They are forcing me to accept another sco plot number which is also not in existence and no development. After all the above-mentioned fraud by bptp ltd its md kabul chawla and it's all directors i am asking them to refund my monies including 18% interest, expenditures and all losses done to me.

                      I have purchased property in bptp pedestal project in 2014 under subvention plan. My unit number is d-42. I have not received any pre emi amount from april 2017, company is saying don't have enough fund yet

                      Bptp even not started any construction yet. One of customer got 2nd demand letter even bptp have not re-imburse his emi yet and not adjusting that amount in demand.

                      Bptp is definitely going to fraud and making customer fool

                        I have purchased unit in bptp pedestal sector 70 a gurgaon, in 2013 under subvention scheme. After expiry of subvention period builder is suppose to give possession o[censored]nit in dec 2016. But till date 2017 even construction not started. And now they stopped paying emi interest. When reached bptp office on surrender o[censored]nit, they send me a mail stating u will be heavily charged with penalty. As i am struggling with paying rent and emi.

                          Hi there,

                          I booked a flat in bptp terra in 2012. My unit number is t20- 1404 and paid 95% through hdfc loan now they are not doing any construction and just sending same pics clicked from different angles.
                          I tries to call their customer care but none of their number is working. I did send mail to customer care but got no reply.
                          Don't know what to do.

                            I had booked a flat in their park elite floor 250 sq. Yard in 2008-09 but after 9 years of waiting, they are not able to deliver the flat. These are only g+2 category floor where they don't need to make high rise tower with lifts, basements, fire, piping etc. But they failed in delivering the property on time. There is hardly any work from last 3-4 years and it seems that they will not able to deliver it before 2018-19 in case they start the construction as of now. I am very much worried after seeing the status of jaypee who got bankruptcy notice and more 32000 buyers have come into the trouble.
                            Government is pumping huge free money to farmers, dalits etc and left the middle class on the mercy of brutal, dishonest developer who are looting everyone like any thing.
                            I want the strong action on the bptp as their intent to grab the hard earned money of honest tax payer and thrash them into the jail before they run away like malya and get the notice of bankruptcy so that they also feel the heat and deliver the property to the buyers.

                            Builders are making hotels, it parks, making land bank and investing our money into other project and buyers like us are suffering and are helpess as we are not vote bank for anyone. Everyone thinks that we don't get affected if our money gets wasted.

                              I had purchased a plot f-68 in faridabad from parklands. They took a larger amount from me than needed which is 3, 50, 000 approx. This payment is not returned to me since past 5 years. I have complained several times but didn't get any response. I even visited your officials, tried contacting them, wrote e-mails but still not getting any support. Managers sent me mails saying they will return my amount till 27th september 2016 but yet didnt got anything. I request you to pay back my amount along with interest as soon as possible

                                I have booked independent floor (1400 sq ft) in bptp pedestal in july 2013, on subvention scheme. As per agreement bptp has to pay interest on loan till possession, till dec2016 bptp was paying interest directly to hdfc, but after that i have to pay interest to hdfc and bptp has to pay interest to me, till now i have received interest till march 2017. I have e-mailed bptp requesting to pay interest on time but all in vain.
                                Bptp is not giving any progress regarding construction. I was suppose to get possession on dec 2016.
                                I only want my money which is 55 lks appox with 18% interest.
                                I am planning to go to consumer court regarding this matter.
                                Please let me know if any one is in same situation.

                                  I have received demand dated 19th june 2017 which shoes arrears of rs 14691.66 and interest of 768.
                                  All demands in the past has been paid in time. There is no arrears.
                                  Also delhi high court has outlawed the service tax in the case of sunil gupta.
                                  Service tax has to be borne by the builder as per latest cbec ministry of finance clarification otherwise they would be charged under profiteering clause.
                                  Service tax has to be paid from input tax credit account and cannot be realised from customers.

                                  Please remove the arrest amount and send a revised bill for payment.

                                    I had booked a flat in the above project in 2009 and was to be given possession by end 2012. I have paid 95% of the cost vide letter dated 12th june 2017 the company has demanded over 20 lakhs in which over 12 lakhs are for escalation and electrification whereas th flat buyers agreement has mentioned the cost is escalation free. There is no mention of delay penaltyto be paid by the company. The area has also been enhanced from 2250 to 2312 sq feet and additionnal cost demanded.
                                    BPTP customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    I have also booked a flat and same kind of demand came to me from BPTP.
