[Resolved] BPTP — not giving possession

I have booked a flat in BPTP in 2010, I have paid more than 50% amount to BPTP through Bank Loan. But there is no construction update or possession status regarding my flat. After many mails or phones now they are saying through mail that possession will be in around Dec. 2018, near about 9 yrs. after booking. So please suggest me what I need to do in this case.

I have also booked a flat in BPTP in 2010, and i have paid 85% payment and now i recd. an email that i can expect the possession in Sep. 2017. pls suggest what to do?

I am also a BPTP victim and fighting for refund with interest.
I found that getting a refund is better option.
If interested to join send SMS to [protected] mentioning
1. datewise monies paid,
2. calculate interest accrued @18% p.a and
3. your contact details.
