I ordered 6 shirts from online store brandfactoryonline.com today (3 aug, 2019 12:26pm) and payment was also done by debit card. My order (Order id 110536) got cancelled without my permission and knowledge (At 21:26pm same day). I had ordered the shirts because of the ongoing offer which isn't active now.
I tried calling them but no customer service after 10pm. I have also emailed a complaint regarding this.
