Brand Factory Online — Product was not return or exchange

I had placed online order : 585588 and apply for exchange with in exchange policy time duto some issues with product on 13 jan 2021.

After may time i have call/ talk with harsh (he say he his senior person) but every time give new date.
I ask for cancel/ refund /return but nothing possible he said .

I want i this exchange or return this product .
