I ordered 3 product from brand factory online and i received all the wrong product
1. Ordered champion tshirt and received some other brand different tshirt
2. Ordered umbro tee pack of 3 and only received one
3. Ordered shirt and it came withe magnectic button on it
I saw the invoice and i was charge 99 for shipping and i called them and told take this order back and give me fresh one with all product i ordered and they told me it is not possible and shipping charges will not be refunded in any case.
If i received wrong product why should i pay for shipping?
