I ordered Skechers casual shoes with Order id 247747 of size UK 9 . They have sent one size smaller.
Now when I am trying to place a return request then the app is prompting the pincode is not serviceable.
I called their service center and they are saying they are sorry but nothing could be done as the Pincode 560036 is not serviceable by them. Hence the pickup for return could not be processed.
How come at the time of delivery, bangalore is serviceable and at the time of returning Bangalore becomes unserviceable?
