Brand Hype — not allowing me to exchange

Address: shop 1 2 tirupati apartment Jp road versova, Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400061

I brought one kurti from satna store and i exchange it at khar store but didn't tried because i am in hurry, so yesterday i went to phionex kurla and want to exchange that but they didn't allowed me to exchange, i told them that i have a size issue it didn't fit me, so they didn't understand my concern and the behavior of khar w staff is not good and supporting, please help me for this
