The seniors are terminating the employees on their personal issues, not about their perfomance on the work. All the seniors (T. L.) are # specially for sanjay lalawat. He doesn't know anything about the project related works. Literally he doesn't know the basic concepts of his project work.

Even he cannot write the mail of full day working status to the client with his own sense. He is a very shameless person. He doesn't feel shame that he doesn't know anything about their projects that what is going on. I just think who the hell are the person who promoted his to the t. L..
This company promotes to that person who likes to suck and spending more years in this company, not about what they have knowledge get. None of the person can growth in this company who thinks that they have good knowledge and they can make growth here easily.
This company never increments the salary growth of the employee who makes the profit for the company around $1000 every year. I'm feeling very glad that i have not spending much time and never sucks for this company. Because of some people like sanjay lalawat, manisha rani, brijesh, saurabh jagota and ankur arora who drown the company reputation continously and they are every time ready for sucking which makes their growth up.
I'm 100% sure when they read this, they wouldn't feel shame because they have not humanity that they called every person as always.
This company seniors very bad nature and politics behavior persons. One person salary increment 800 rs. But second person salary increment 3500 rs.

Yes i agree bro they don't have sense to run the company they harries their employers rights even they did not follow the indian labor laws too they give the low salary to their employee also one more thing they giving 100 inr-200inr gifts as a dewali bonus that's it. So don't take call from their hr department if they offer you any job. They decided to give water bottles as a diwali bous to their employee they treat their employee as a joke they make new rules day by day to make deductions from their workers salary. Please don't consider this company as a job seeker and even you looking for any service they get you harries by different ways my suggestions are don't consider them in any practical work or if you can't trust on my comment then you can check them by yourself even you can talk with their workers.

The services offered by the company are very bad. its my recommendation that do not appoint this company for your services. I even visited this company once the infrastructure is in very worst condition. they use pirated software's, also i got to know from somebody that company was sealed for 3 days because they were using pirated Photoshop.
Even i think the company name "Technoscore" is not registered.
