    My 2 sisters working in diya system data entry job 1 month company h. R does't told what the salary then my sisters are worked one month company give only 2000 and anthor less 2000 only.. I think and i know diya system is best but know i think west service given company so.. I realy hate this company.. I want requst u to give best salary other vaice i want to complants this company...

    Please note that Glowtouch Technologies Pvt. Ltd / Hostgator India, has suspend my hosting for a DMCA complaint without any Notice or Warning. Now when i ask them to allow me to download my data which is uploaded on the servers of Glowtouch Technologies Pvt. Ltd / Hostgator India, they refuge to allow me to download my data and block me to access the folder containing all of my data. Please take the necessary action against them. Thanks Pardeep Bagga

      I had tried reaching your so called customer services rept from the 11th till now... i never got to speak to anyone all i heard was the IVR which u know for a fact would not be of any use to me CAUSE I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN to get my issue resolved... i[censored] guys have any value for your costumers u will try to fix their issues and stop playing around with them...         Diya conducts every year Annual Day by inviting all family members of employees to the campus. As a team, all managers play a different important role in makiing the suucess of function. It encourages all employees to participate in outdoor games like Cricket, shuttle badmiton, Vallybal, etc and indoor games like Carrum, chess etc, Ultimately it is a fun and superb telent show.

            I need to tell more about the staff working over their, hope its not diya complaint... well and fair its one and only staff complaint....

            Before i join they given so many commitment.... After i joined, I approached HR DEPARTMENT for the commitment given to me. Their is always one JOKER simply sitting in the name of SRINIVAAS BHATT..... He is the very very very waste fellow were i haven't...

              On on 16 Feb 2012 an insurance inspector posted at the Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) here has been arrested for accepting a bribe of Rs 5000 from a complainant. The CBI laid a trap and the accused inspector D T Kadam was caught red-handed while demanding and accepting the bribe of Rs 5000 from the complainant.

                Diya Systems Pvt. Ltd. located in Mangalore gives Customer Support through email and chat for an esteemed US based web hosting company. It sucks blood of an agent who working for this project. I have been worked for an email and chat support agent for more than two and half years. Especially, the training team torches an agent. Team doesn\’t have to do any work. So, they eating agents head by performing weekly trainings.

                Also, I would like to complain against Floor managers. In the starting age of company, the targets for an email agent was 24 emails. Now, it has been increased to 33 emails per day. I mean an agent should need to handle 33 email contacts within 7 hours 30 minutes with tightened QA!!! As my experience for one and half years as an email agent, an agent can do 24 – 26 emails without any failures in Quality Assurance test. Henceforth, I would like to request you NOT joining to DIYA Systems.

                Third complaint is against Management. If an agent who worked for more than 3 years will start getting irritated by the management. The main reason for this is management need to pay more than 10K salary for senior agents. In the meantime they will get freshers who willing to work just for 4-5K.

                Hats off DIYA! what a worst BPO company!!

                  They are harassing the support agents, talking nasty.
                  They are not doing any work and workload is on the support agents.
                  VINAY BANGERA and others are simply wasting time and talking home good salary, whereas support agents are overworked and paid very less
                  VINAY BANGERA should be fired from the job, I am representing all the helpless support agents

                  WARNING – DO NOT GIVE YOPUR PROJRCTS TO Diya Systems mangalore and also they are paying less tax to the government by not giving their correct accounts.
