I have purchased a raincoat from star selection (Address: 79, bidhan sarani, kmc building, hatibagan, kolkata-700006, mobile:[protected]) shop which is basically duckback dealer.
After purchasing when i tried to wear it, found that it was torn from inside.
I immediately went to the above mentioned shop and asked for a replacement. They didn't provide any replacement, instead they raised some complaint to duckback and took that raincoat from me and suggested me to come after 7 days.
I called them after 7 days, they again said to wait for 2 more days. After around 11-13 days they finally called me and asked me to collect the new raincoat again from their shop.
Today i visited their shop to collect it and they said that they couldn't provide me the new raincoat because particularly that boy who raised that request for me he didn't come to shop today.
So finally, for a replacement of a 700 rupees raincoat i had to wait for around 15 days and had to visit their shop for three times but still i haven't received it yet.
So duckback company, do you have idea about your dealers or how they are handling your customers?? If this much of harassment we have to bear then if future you will loose each and every customer very soon.
Look into this matter asap and give a solution to this.
