[Resolved] Breakbuy.in — Not deliver booked product and after cancellation payment not refund till yet | |||||
Dear Sir, I order the Samsung Galaxy J-7 mobile under scheme from eCommerce website "breakbuy.in and i pay online for booking this mobile but after 7th day of my order company care ([protected]) said that we will take much more time for delivery.So you can cancel your order and we will return your money after 2-3 days..then company cancelled my order and i get the mail regarding this cancellation.Order was cancelled on 16 March 2016 in evening but still payment not refund..company care mobile switched off since last two days and nobody reply also on mail..So sir kindly request you that you intervene in this matter...summery is given below regarding this order : Order Book Date : 9/03/2016 19:13:23 Order Number : ORKFHGXEF order by : Akhilesh Rai Cancel order date : 16/03/2016 Payment pending : 7200/- Consumer mobile number : [protected], [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

Kindly remove my complain...
I lost samsung galaxy on 7 but no delivery. Please help me. I need bank bring 5100/- give me. My refund is back after conversation with payment gateway company..Break Buy totally fraud company..they make foolish to the customer..I request to officials of consumer complaints take strict action against BreakBuy.in...i have received many calls of Breakbuy customers for the same issue...TOTALLY FRAUD COMPANY...
I order the Samsung Galaxy J5 mobile under scheme from eCommerce website "breakbuy.in and i pay online for booking Rs 5, 650.00 and product was not delivered yet . I cannot even open company website anymore i dont know what do i have to to get the refund from this company . When i am clicking on mail i received while making the payment it is showing me that account has been suspended . company care mobile switched off since last few days and nobody reply also on mail..So sir kindly request you that you intervene in this matter...summery is given below regarding this order :
