I have ordered a samsung j7 mobile in breakbuy.in on[protected] and i have paid rs7200 through my debit card. Till now i didn't receive my mobile and i have tried to reach the website but the website was not available. so regarding this please take some necessary actions and refund the amount as soon as possible. I am including all details regarding my orders....

After that no respons & no contact.Few days before website dismissed.Account suspended... Now wt to do?? I want my money back... 5100 is not a small amount for us sir...

I order the Samsung Galaxy J-7 mobile under scheme from eCommerce website "breakbuy.in and i pay online for booking this mobile but I cancelled order by mail & company care ([protected]) can`t attend my call .my brother call on company care and she said that we will take much more time for delivery and i say cancelled my order .she said wait for monday, after monday no reply by breakbuy.in, nobody reply also on mail...

I order the Samsung Galaxy J5 mobile under scheme from eCommerce website "breakbuy.in and i pay online for booking Rs 5, 650.00 and product was not delivered yet . I cannot even open company website anymore i dont know what do i have to to get the refund from this company . When i am clicking on mail i received while making the payment it is showing me that account has been suspended . company care mobile switched off since last few days...

still i have not received any updates and account present suspended, and still i have not received any updates, and trying lot of time customer care number, every time or switch off. And I paid money through Pay U Money, we informed to Pay U money also, They are not responding my query. Please conform...

I booked for Samsung mobile in breakbuy site, and they withdraw it's payment from my account and they in for me me they have placed my order. But after soon I saw in my order it has cancelled. And they not redund my payment or cash back to my account .Then I try to know what is the problem. There was no any responds in call mobile that number was fake.so I turn into legal side against this fraud business and to take action them...

I booked samsung on7 4 April 2016 paid by online according to your company day offer but unforchunately i not deliverd any mobile & not reffil amount on my account if you will be not send samsung on7 mobile at my adress or give if you will not refund my 5100/-- i will take & legal acation agents your company

my name is gangadhararao v i am facing a problem from a site named breakbuy.in
breakbuy.in offered samsung j5 mobile for rs.5650. i had paid the money but now when i open the site to track my order it is showing that this account has been suspended. till now there is no any response from them. they have said that mobile will be delivered within 7 days. and my payment was set up by payu check out.the incident happened...

I ordered samasung galaxy on 7 mobile through breakbuy online trade agencyon 4-4-2016 and paid full amount through online banking. they said the product shall be deliverd within 5 to 7 days. but still they have not give proper answer and not delivers the product. now the website of breakbuy has been suspended for two days. they are cheating me.

so plz help me sir...to get back my money....
