Breakbuy.in — Products are not delivered or not refunded

I make payment for a smartphone but i haven't received it.
And from today the website is also not opening.
they sent me mail of payment acceptance but after that i haven't received any update.

I Viswanathan, from trichy-621216, [protected].i ordered samasung galaxy on 7 mobile through breakbuy online trade agencyon 4-4-2016 and i paid full amount through online banking. they said the product shall be deliverd within 5 to 7 days. but still they have not give proper answer and not delivers the product. now the website of breakbuy has been suspended for two days. they are cheating me.

so plz help me sir...to get back my money.

still my complaint is in opening stage...no proper information from company.
