Dear sir/madam, On 5th november 2018, i ordered realme 2 (Diamond red, 64 gb) (4 gb ram) through https://www.breezedeal.com and paid rs. 9990 through paytm (Order reference xyyrqrcmy - placed on 11/05/2018). On their website it shows payment received but so far they have not dispatched the item and i sent two messages also regarding my order dispatching details and order tracking status. Today morning i even sent mail regarding this and have been calling to their contact number [protected] (11am-6pm monday to saturday) but no answer. Kindly register a complaint and do the needful at the earliest either to dispatch my item or refund amount. I have invoice also.
