I have receive defected Bluetooth product please refund my money...

Dear sir,
I ordered a realme 2 mobile phone on 1st-march-2019 from breeze deal.com. I paid 9990 from my citibank credit card. On 4th-march-2019 they cancelled my order and mail received that we will refund you in next 5 days but still i not get refund. Also they took my bank account no ifsc code. Its already crosses 5 working day still my money is not refunded. Please help me to get my money...

I ordered realme 2 oppo phone on breezedeal.com on 28th feb 19, on 5th march 19 i received an email that my order is cancelled and provide bank details for refund the amount of rs 10490/- which i paid through internet banking. I wrote them email and called but no response. I googled about this site and found that it is fraud. Pls help. I have not received any refund....

I am order realme 2 mobile on 13/02/2019 after 3 days i get a massage that you order not delivered due to undelivered address and give your account detail for your amount refund but not refund my amount.
The grant complain that not given any respond of e mail, call and whats app massage
I am many calls and email to given address but not response.
Please consider these problem and solve it apas....

But the order was cancelled and they reply me your order was cancelled your money will be refund to your account in 5 days its already crosses 5 working day still my money is not refunded. Please help me to get my money in this regard....

I ordered a realme 2 mobile phone on 21/12/18 from breeze deal.com. I paid 10490 from my hdfc credit card. After 3 day i saw there is no delivery status on their web site. Also they did not provide any currier no so i cancelled that order on 2412/18. After cancelling they messaged me your money will refunded within 5 working day. Also they took my bank account no ifsc code. Its already crosses 5 working day still my money...

I have booked one mobile phone worth 10790rs on breezedeals.com and paid online payment (Paytm) to them.. Order was placed on 10th december 2018 and on 19th december 2018 breezedeal cancelled my order from there end... And when i asked them for refund they replied within 5 working days you will receive your money... But it's been above 8 days still they didn't pay me... And also i called them lot of the time but they never pay me and talks...

Order was placed for a mobile phone Real me 2 of total Rs. 10, 790/- on 03/12/2018 on its website www.breezedeal.com. The payment was made through Paytm (UPI). The item is not yet delivered to my address. Invoice copy of the same has been generated by breezedeal.com which is attached for your reference. I have order a product on breezedeal/bulkitemsbuy on 10/19/2018 it's written on there site that product will be delivered in 4-10 days but after a month i didn't received anything.

On 5th november 2018, i ordered realme 2 (Diamond red, 64 gb) (4 gb ram) through https://www.breezedeal.com and paid rs. 9990 through paytm (Order reference xyyrqrcmy - placed on 11/05/2018). On their website it shows payment received but so far they have not dispatched the item and i sent two messages also regarding my order dispatching details and order tracking status.
