Breezedeal.com — order cancelled and not refunding payment

I have booked one mobile phone worth 8990rs on breezedeals.com and paid online payment(paytm) to them..order was placed on 25th September 2018 and on 2nd October 2018 breezedeal cancelled my order from there end...and when I asked them for refund they replied within 6 working days you will receive your money...but it's been above 20 days still they didn't pay me...and also I called them lot of the time but they never pay me and talks rudely to me... please help me out...also I'm Sharing my order details screenshot... please help me out.

Updated by joehanh Please help me out I think that guy is big fraud and hacker...just now received the call from this number([protected]) and asked me my debit card number, expiry date, and cvv number...I asked him why are you asking these things...that guy replied for verification then only we can refund your amount and forced me to withdraw the complaint which I have posted here... please help me...that guy is big fraud I think.

Mobile phone orderedon[protected] and the money amounting to Rs14999 was e-transferred to their account.The order was canceled by them on[protected] .Vinoth T told me that the amount will be refunded on[protected].Till date its no done. So shall I sue them in the court in the cheating case ?
