My tyre is damaged in one puncutre only which is in warranty and the dealer ( new chawla, gurgaon, nehru stadium market) is refusing to replace it.
Please take action as soon as possible.

I bought 2 bridgestone tyres 7 months back and over the last 1 month, one tyre developed a bulge on its side and the 2nd tyre got 2 punctures after going through a pothole. I contacted my tyre dealer in thrissur, Kerala - ISLAND TYRES, near sakthan stand, thrissur. After having some discussions with bridgestone authorities, he told me that the tyres wont be replaced or no other adjustments are possible.

I got the information from other tyre company people that they are giving warranty for damages like this.

It is really pathetic to experience this after such a short period of time - with in 7 months. And also the response from the dealer and the company representative with whom he talked, was unbelievable.

Hello, I own a 320d Sedan with a registration number PB91K1827 Warranty Start Date30-Sep-2020by the name of SHREE RANDHA STEEL WORKS.
In less than 2 year time car running to 19797 KM only city driving !

In the last less than 2 years period already Tyres are getting burst, Bridgestone has rejected complaints ( raised through Krishna Automobiles G.T. Road, Dhandari Khurd, Ludhiana 141014, Punjab, India ) stating that the front right side tyre crack is not a manufacturing defect but it is happening due to external damages. As i have mentioned to them already that the place where this accident happened you can inspect no potholes and no chance of external damage were there where this accident happened as well as tyre pressure is also well maintained! Also when tyre got burst car got miss balanced as you can see in the images the marks of tyres on road and that impact on alloy wheels occured in that point of time

Clearly, Bridgestone Runflat tyres are extremely substandard and poor quality with inbuilt manufacturing defects . Trust, nobody would have experienced such a turbulent situation that Bridgestone tyres are already replaced in less than 20000 KM.
And it's not that this case happen with me first time i own a Mercedes C class and innova Crysta with Bridgestone tyres and in very short time of interval of time one by one all tyres got busted you can have a look in records as well with registration number if innova crysta pb10 fx 5500 and mercedes registration number Pb10gw5500. And all tyres got replaced because of a manufacturing defect.
And in regard To Krishna automobile no solution has been given in past 7 days as they have already given me the quotation for the charges which i have to bear for replacement of tyre and which is very disappointing and above all i have been mentioned by Krishna automobiles Ludhiana BMW will not be responsible for any kind of damages made in future if same problem occurred in case of tyre burst.
Below i am attaching few pictures of my accident of tyre burst on that spot of time and you can clearly check how bad this accident could have happened if there were traffic of road at 1am at that time.
Bridgestone needs to immediately arrange Free of cost replacement for all these 4 tyres otherwise necessary legal action through the consumer forum would be initiated! Further, in my personal opinion anybody opting for a combination of a BMW car with Bridgestone run flat tyre is inviting permanent trouble and loss to BMW brand value to customers.

The jeep compass i bought in April 2018, came with Firestone 225/60R17 tyres. The car has hardly done 27000kms. Tyre servicing including, balancing, rotation and wheel balancing were meticulously done every 5000kms. The tyres however are seen to wear unevenly, with the edges perceptibly pitting.

I purchased two Tyres from M/S Kundan Tyres Add- 23, Jail Road, East, Ranchi, Jharkhand, Infornt of Sidhu Kanhu Park dated 07.05.22 but on 13.06.22 when I was in Bokaro, one tyre get deap cut and get puncher so that I go M/S Malti Motors Add- KD -23, City Centre Sector 4, Bokaro Steel City and describe the situation about new tyres. and as per his instruction I was repaired the damaged tyre but when I was reached Ranchi and claim about the tyre to M/S Kundan Tyres first they say we are unable to replace please come next day, on second day they give excuse that the concern (claim department) person is not available while I was present in Kundan Tyre at fixed time given by him. On Third day they refuse for replacement of tyre.
I also did complain dated 20.06.22 through customer care, my complain number -5570. They assure me to resolve this issue in 5 working days but till date it is not solved.

I bought a New Innova Crysta on October 14, 2021. within 6 months 2 tyres of Bridgestone company got bursted on highway. Car has perfect Nitrogen Air with 33 points with full family members inside. it was a new clean road and tyre got bursted. luckily driver got control over the car and car stoped within seconds. earlier 3 months back same thing happened when i was alone with driver near Surat and tyre got cut with a small stone. company is not even botheres to send a surveyor. these tyres are the worst tyre i had seen in my entire life. Please help me getting the refund of these tyres.

I have purchased car in September month(7565 KM). Its only 8-9 month and Tyre is in still warranty period. I was travelling with my family on 27th April, suddenly rear right Tyre got burst suddenly We were fortunate enough that no accident happens at that time. But all the conditions were normal i.e Tyre pressure was normal and speed was also 70-80(Highway). I have filled that claim regarding this but company replied me that it occurred due to sharp object. But my concern is that no one has checked/inspected the Tyre physically they have came to conclude by seeing only photos of the Tyre.
I am pretty sure that no sharp object has touched the Tyre it has happed due to defect in Tyre.

Please help me in getting resolution on this.
As I was travelling with my family sudden Tyre burst would have lead to very serious accident.

While getting the air levels of tyre checked, it was notified that there is a bubble in one of the rear tyres.

Immediately, I was advised not to drive the car as the tyre might blast causing life threatening accident and is hazard to me and other people on the road and instead send the tyre to Bridgestone for inspection and warranty claim as the car is very less driven and Bridgestone gives warranty for long term.

On sending the tyre for warranty, Bridgestone gave me some rubbish reasons and rejected the warranty claim stating that the damage is due to pot hole.

I do not agree with it, tyres are meant to run on roads and on potholes and that should not mean that it gets bubbles just in 6 months.

It clearly is a case of manufacturing defect and Bridgestone is denying to take accountability when I submitted the claim where in when they sell, they say it to be unconditional warranty for long term.

Very unprofessional attitude with ignorance by Bridgestone tyres and is something that’s unacceptable.

I will have this dealt legally and would go to any extent if required to because this creates a mental pressure and unnecessary harassment.

Also, its life threatening product for both passenger/consumer or the people around when on road and should be looked immediately.

Tyre was Blast while driving

I have ford ecosport which has bridgestone tyres and it’s 3 tyres are having problem and having holes due to which car is having bubbling problem.
Tyres are in good condition and when I went for service company people told me that tyres have problem your car is ok.

I had bought Bridgestone 250 175/65/R14 size tyre on 05/06/2021 from Hindustan Tyre Irwin square Amravati. On the day of 19 Mrach 2022 while travelling to Amravati tyre had burst the car war in speed so tyre also got damaged from inside. The retailer is refusing to replace the tyre which is under warranty.

It was very unfortunate that the front right tyre of my new kushaq car which is just over 3 months old and only 1300 kms driven burst while driving inside Nerul Navi Mumbai. Luckily no injuries as it was in low speed. Brought it to skoda workshop in Turbhe. The tyre is of Goodyear make, and the surveyor from your company said it was due to some sharp object. This is completely wrong as the tyre ruptured from the side and was irregular and there was no sharp cut. This shows how reputed companies just shun the complaint and are selling substandard old tyres which are risky to life. Our honourable road and transport minister Mr Nitin Gadkari should also be made aware of these as part of road safety measures he is taking. Forget about compensation, there is not even a apology or acceptance by the company. Please stay away from Bridgestone tyres.

I had bought four tyres from Tyre Care Centre, 100 ft ring road Bengaluru on 18/12/2021.
Tyre description 175/65R15 B290t/L.
I am sorry to say that within two months of purchase, one of the tyre burst on the highway,
but fortunately none of the travellers were hurt.
Such a poor quality of tyres is not expected from a company of your repute.
we are having a doubt that the other three tyres, being of the same batch would also be of the same poor quality.
We request you to replace the other three tyres also to avoid any kind of mishap in future.

I was a satisfied customer of Michelin Tyres, but this time due to the unavailability of Michelin, I bought Bridgestone Tyre for my car from a retailer in GR.NOIDA WEST. Retailer gave a warranty of 2 years for any cutting and defects. Suddenly after sometime, one of the four tyre is inflated. I contacted the shopkeeper, he denied to give any support and told me that i should contact the company directly. I contacted Mr Vinay from Bridgestone he also denied for any support by saying that this shopkeeper is not their distributor any more from where I purchased the tyre. I went back to the shopkeeper, he also denied by saying that this is what Bridgestone does with every customer who complaints. I am running from one post to another, both Bridgestone sales manager and shopkeeper are enjoying the price what i have paid for these low quality tyre. If a company claims to be the best, service is also a part of that, material quality is out of question once you have got defected product. They have passed a lot of time and gave up for any resolution. . I bought these tyres on[protected], and one tyre was inflated in April 2021. Bill is attached for reference.

We are using the Bridgestone tyres for our vw polo, past 2 months it's getting 2 punchers on the tyre side side, I don't no how it's getting puncher on side.
What is the solution for this issue.

I have bought a new car maruti suzuki ertiga zxi on Nov 1st 2021 ie., Three months back
I was coming from native and suddenly tyre got tored in national highway 47, the car is driven only 2.5k really not happy with the performance of the tyre.

I had purchased tata tigor from puneet automobiles in the month of march 2020.
Drove the car for 6000 km and saw a budge on left front tyre so went to talk to the tata service center. They have rejected this damage stating that the tyre have gone thru potholes and unfavourable conditions and my question is why is the brand new tyre getting budge even if we go through the potholes. And why only one tyre if this was the reason of budge then it should have happened to the left back tyre as well as both the tyres will be in the potholes while driving.

I had tata indigo which was my earlier car in which I have never witnessed this kind of issue. Used my tata indigo car for 12 years never faced this kind of issue.
But buying new car tata tigor and i have faced tyre budges in 10 months and in 6000 km. Even I have attached the pic of the car and the tyre.

The rejection of the tyre is not acceptable as the image of the tyre clearly state that it was built in cheap quality and even delivered through Tata Motors.

If the tyre would have bursted just because of the cheap quality tyre their would have been chances of getting injured or loss of life.

The reason I opted for Tata motors was it was producing good cars with safety measures but unfortunately the suppliers connected to Tata motors are not responsible for any image of Tata and are providing bad quality tyres.

First of all, the tyre budges you explained was because of pot holes and unfavourable conditions but then in that case both tyre front and back should have budges.
Even I have spoken to the bridgestone dealership and have asked them that is there warranty for the tyres in which budges are even considered they said yes and you will not get that in showroom cars..isn't it pathetic to get warranty for the same from bridgestone dealership and not from Tata company
