Dear Team,
I have brought Maruti Suzuki new swift car in Feb 2019 but after running 30000 Km approx, it develops tiny bubbles on the tyres and unwanted sound is coming despite timely service.

Please do needful at the earliest.

    Hello Sir,
    I have a Bridgestone tyre in my car purchased in the month of February 2021, within 3000kms a tyre has a sidewall problem... so i have registered the complaints but there is no any satisfactory answer given by the service manager of the Auto Matrix showroom Chikkamagaluru. The vehicle is just six months old.

    I really am concerned about the quality of the product. In my previous car I had GoodYear tyres and had not faced any such issues for 35000 kms.

    I believe the tyres have a warranty and they need to be replaced. How can the sidewall of a tyre be so weak?
    I have never seen a tyre damaging so early in its life span and that too in the side wall. It shows the poor quality of the tyre.

    I wanted it to consider this issue seriously as it damages the trust of the customer.

      I have purchased innova crysta 2.8 z on 15/02/2019. I have run this car only 45000 k.m. And i feel that 3 tyres are bloating . all tyres of my car are belong to bridgestone tyre company.I am going to toyta showroom one month before but they not solved my problem yet. After many try i write a complain mail to you.
      Please understand my problem and provide better solution as soon as possible. Car detail are given below and for better detail I enclosed car invoice & insurance copy in attachment.

        Hi purchased Innova crysta in feb 2020 from company it’s self I hit Bridgestone tyre . I run 24, 986 km I saw my tyre got chipped out side plz resolve this issue

          I have bought 5 tyres from one of your dealers near my place on the 30th of April 2018. I have hardly used the tyres. Recently I could see a cut mark on one of the tyres used. When I enquired about this with my mechanics they informed me that this is definitely a matter of quality of tyre given. When I enquired about this with the dealer with whom I have purchased it, I didn't get a proper response and I was treated rudely. I would like to register a complaint about the quality of the product they have given to me. Kindly please enquire and provide a replacement for the bad quality product which the dealer has given.

            I have purchased Bridgestone tyre (4 quantity) for my vehicle on month of October 2019. Now i am facing problem with one tyre which runs approx less than 2000 km.i already registered complaint but there is no proper response. Even I didn't received any call after registration..After 3 days I contact to toll free number they provided contact number of the person . After contacting him he asked me to share some pics. Today he called me and informed that reported problem is not covers under warranty.Even he is not visited and see the tyre physical condition.i asked him to share the rejection reason to my mail id.But he is not ready to share.
            He asked me to visit nearest store and upload pics from there .Then only he will going to share rejection mail with reason.
            Note: Then you guys why wasted my 5 days time. Really frustrated about this worst experience.

              Hello,

              I have purchased bridge stone ecopia model tyre for my i20 active car on end of march 2021in mangalagiri(Andhra pradesh). It was bursted while driving.

              The people in the showroom was very irrespective and irresponsible about the customers, they haven't answered our quieres and they have sed one week ago they will provide 50% money back, but now they are saying that they will not give any warrenty and they are talking very rude which will impact on your brideg stone brand.

              I will not buy and will not recommend to any one like friends about this tyres from bridge stone!

                Sir, I buy IGNIS car in end of march from faridabad. My Car rear left tyre blast and tear off from inner side. Fortunately may car & me are safe but vehicle get uncontrolled on road.                   The National Tyre Works situated at Shop No 3, Mulund- Goregaon Link Road. Near Essar petrol pump, Bhandup (West) is forcing me to pay in cash. For accepting debit card payment he’s asking me to pay 2% additional cost. All this he is saying after I purchased the tyre for my xuv 500. Kindly look into this black marketing.

                      Please help in getting the surveyor visited to nimbus Hyundai as the service engineer Mr Sudeep and area manager is Mr himanshu is neither visiting the center and on basis of photographs trying to prove cut in tyre which is not yet there and asking to use screw driver to create pressure on opposite site to prove leakage .
                      Very unethical practice is going .please look into the matter and no cooperation is getting .please let me know whether you are helping me or not as I dropped my car in garage and Shall I go to consume court of India due to these ### guys who just there to save jobs

                          Sir, I have bought four tyres of Bridgestone for my car I20 GJ 16AP 7487 in 2018. Tyres hardly used for 20000 Mtrs kms and tyres have cut marks. Request future procedure to get same replaced.

                                I wanted to complaint over quality of tyre, sr no-4W7VDCE1019, age-1 year, milleage consumed-13000kms, fitted through Honda car India on new car for its tear down from just running over a small pothole under normal circumstance. It definitely is a matter of quality that it didnt withstand pothole and resulted into a tyre bust on road but company is not ready to listen and accept their fault of providing a bad quality product or any kind of compensation. Attahced are pics of tear down and copy of complain form.
