Dear Sir/Madam,

I am an Indian Navy Officer and possess a Honda City car ivtech MT VX purchased in sep 2017. Since then it has ran 17500 kms. This is my first Honda car and liked by my entire family.

Recently, on 28 Nov 20, while driving my Honda City on greater noida express highway from Delhi to noida with my family, the front left tyre of the car suddenly burst leading to unbalanced driving on the busy highway. This was a nightmare drive for me with my wife and two kids onboard and risking our lives leaving it to the mercy of God. Somehow I managed to get the car to the side. We all were scared. Somehow I consoled my family and then changed the tyre.

I would like to bring to the notice that the abovementioned incident really shocked me & my family. This safety related critical issue has really weakened my faith in the car as well as tyre, which me & my family were proud of.

The tyre fitted in my car is of Bridgestone make.

After the incident, it seems that the tyre contracted and fitted in my car is of poor quality and needs to be replaced with good one. I strongly agree that the ownus of this failure may be attributed to the tyre company. Understand the performance and durability of the tyres are reputation of the said company who is also a world class leader in this segment.

In order to obviate such incidents to reoccur in future and to maintain the customer's faith, would request your kind self to see the matter seriously and provide me with the replacement of good quality all five tyres on immediate basis.

I'm purchased a new Ertiga car at 2019 I'll be check my wheel alignment and balancing proper periodical interval but it more wear and tear before 10000kms but maruthi care couldn't support to claim so pls do needful for claim

Sir I got my new Tata tiago 3 weeks back and it had bridgestone tyres as stock (serial number : W979CLB) I had driven it only through highways. Yesterday it seems to have a small crack in the side of the tyre. I've tried to claim warranty for the same and the company rejected that. Since its not even more than a month old with less than 1000km, it wont be worth enough for us to use the same. Kindly do the needful

I owned Ritz car, OCt 19, I have changed tyres, my car fitted with Bridgestone tyres at Xl Tyre Point, Anna nagar Chennai, Tamilnadu, INDIA, approx 4000 km only done, last week front tyre got busted in street .

I purchased tyre model turanza last year fr mast petrol pump .but know owner refuze to get change .it's not right with me .I m not satisfied with company policy

I have purchased TATA Altroz on 17th Sept 2020 and had covered around 1400km as of now. Yesterday my front tyre right side got brusted on highway. Luckily nobody got hurt but this is very serious matter and so new tyre cant be brusted. This is seriously a question on BRIDGESTONE quality. Please do the required replacement ASAP.

I have already raised a complaint in Hyundai regarding the Bridgestone tyre which was inbuilt in the Hyudai Elite I20. I have purchased the car from Khokhra Circle, Maninagar dated 17.04 2018 Vehicle regestration no. MALBM51BLJM529097. The Km reading is 17522. The front tyre on driver side has a problem. As it is a Tubeless tyre, there is a side minute hole in the Tyre whih on being doing the puncture is not fulfilling the requirement.
I have also raised a complaint in Hyundai as the Tyre is in warranty period.

But the company and your company have failed to respond approprietly.

Thus, i am sending you the picture of tyre foryour review.

I Purchase tyre in February 20 and it's cuted in August 20. Now Dealer saying that due to corona it's not possible... please replace the tyre

Tyres Failed on : 14.09.2020 at 0830 Hrs “Enroute to Khammam from Aswapuram” for Free Servicing of Vehicle. Failed within 6 months. Run only for 2 months due to covid.
Clocked only 1500 KMs.
Reasons for Failure : Air Bubbles on Tyre Shoulders.
Note : 2 Nos. Tyres handed over to Maruti Suzuki - Car Dealers at Khammam for replacement under warranty through M/s. Bridgestone. Subsequently purchased 2 Nos of Bridgestone tyres through dealers M/s. Sree Surya Wheels, H.No.10-6-184/5, Raparthi Nagar Junction, Bypass Road, Burhanpuram, Khammam, TG 500403 Vide Invoice No.1307 Dt.14/09/2020 at a total cost of Rs.10200/- to avoid downtime of vehicle and meet my functional requirements.

I want to register a complaint for Bridgestone tyre which is fitted in my vehicle
i was inform thgat Th bridgetone company offers unconditional warranty for 3 years on their tyre products.
my vehicle odometer reading is just 1920 km .
So herewith i want to submitte my complaint for this unconditional Warrenty
and get the tyre replaced.

I purchase 4 Tyres for Wagon R car on 8/10/2019 but in 1 tyre always have a problem like automatically Air removed within 15-20 days and there is no any puncher till date, also change Rim but same problem found till date

Both the front Tyres wear out in very less km. It was only 10000km when it wear out but due to lockdown from April, was not able to connect with Dealer neither Bridgestone care no.
Please consider this as car is only 1year 10months old. And both the rear tyres are in perfect condition.
I dont think so tyres from well braned company can wear out so quickly.

Hello.. Want to complaint about tubeless tyre.. I just drived 20000km my new honda amaze car.. And its tubeless bridgestone tyre. Pop up from 3 differnt places. Or we can say it got 3.4 cuts on it..
