Have purchased a Toyota Fourtner car 2.5yrs back where the tyre provided to in Car is of type Dueler 265/60R18.
The tyre is still in Warranty but have damaged.
So request you to kindly check the photos and look into it.

Purchase new toyota innova car having bridgestone tyre
poor quality product no response from customer carehand i have complaint 3 4 times there in no response from brdgestone my car is bubbling in new contion only on 800 km covered toyota checked ans said there is problem in tyre manufacturing and bridge stone giving no response so plse dont but i wont recommend to any one to buy this company product

Hi i would like to tell that the tyres from Bridgestone are not of any good quality. I have purchased the car last year(Oct 2019) from Sterling Honda showroom Faridabad and the car ran just 7000 Kms.
While running on the Moradabad highway, the pillion tyre got burst at the speed when the car was at a speed of 90Kms/hr.
This happened on 6th of August 2020 and the incident was reported to the car showroom on 7th August.
The rear pillion tyre shows a bulging and the company says that the tyre was hit.
please let me know how can a tyre bulge when there was no hit and the car was just moving.
Without even seeing and checking the proper conditions the company(Sterling Honda and Bridgestone) rejected the claim.

Please let me know whom to reach out and how to get my tyre changed.

Who would taken the responsibility if there would have been something bigger that could have happen.

Britain tyre was purchased for ertiga Mh 07 -AG3199 from kudale show room on 4 July 2019 by concern vehicle owner mr laxman jagtap kar. As per rule made by your company and warranty give n by your company running limit should be 40000 km. But on the date of 13 august 2020 vehicle running is 21000 km and all four tyre which is purchased from your company were destroyed.
I am herewith requested to you pls replace all tyre which is destroyed before completion of 40000 km .

I have purchase verna from shivam hyundai, total km driven is 9300 & 10th Aug 2020 i was returning from sangli & in highway there was pothole & driver side tyre got teared off immediately after bumping at the pothole, Bridgestone engineer has done the survey & rejected the claim, i dint understand on what basis he has rejected, its a clear case of inferior product supplied by the company, i want someone on senior position to take care of the issue to understand the depth of the problem,

I give complaint tyer issues in my wagonor car. I go my dealer first and he his give our Mumbai executive Sandeep number. He it's promise your tyer issues resolved 1 week at time. Every time I am foolow same issue but not resolved. Every time give excuse reason. I know it's difficult situation coming India. But 3 week it's more to resolve issue. Sandeep it's not provide proper service and not properly talk to customer. Every day I am following same but not resolved. Please resolve at priority basis.

I have purchased new tigor car and the running km is only 17000, in these duration my 2 tyre burst 1 in 12000 km and other one in 17000 km, i am very much disappointed with your tyre kindly replace it and also send some engineer to examine it,

I had bought a new nexa ignis alpha automatic petrol car (Kl 53 q 2961; vin number ma3nfg81skd243296) on 19th, june 2019, from their thirurkad, angadippuram, perinthalmanna, showroom.
[the present odometer reading at the time of reporting: 10380.
The tires are the same stock tires as at the time of purchase: bridgestone ecopia ep 150.
No external damage has occurred]

Everything was fine until last week when i noticed a bulge in the left front tyre. The sequence of events after that are listed below:
• bulging appeared on the front left tire on 06th, june, 2020. Complained to m/s kvr autocars, thirurkad, angadippuram, perintalmanna, kerala, sister concern of nexa here for maintenance works. (Mr. Prasanth. M., service adviser, nexa attended to the car. They contacted m/s bridgestone tires, and took up the matter with them, since (A) the vehicle had just completed only 10, 000 kilometers and also because (B) the tyres (Bridgestone) had a warranty o[censored]p to 40, 000 kilometers or two years, they recommended for replacement at no cost.
• the application was rejected by mr. Jismon k. James, engineer, bridgestone (Copy attached of the document).
• thereupon, i contacted nexa helpline. One lady, ms. Deva prabha was on the helpline. Against her promise, however, she didn’t arrange a call-back.
• next tried bridgestone toll-free number –[protected]. Could not get an answer. Tried again, for a second time. Again no answer.
• approached mr. Reno p. Job, ‘quality manager’, nexa. He advised me to contact bridgestone again.
• approached fazil,, ‘warranty manager’, kvr autocars.
• for the third time called helpline number [protected] at 7. 45 p. M. On 14th, june, 2020. Mr. Prakash of the nexa was even audacious enough to deny any warranty whereas documentary evidence was there for such warranty.
The very fact that he – the said ‘engineer’ – mentions, in his report, (Copy attached) the model of the car as “ertiga” (!?) — how come that he came to this conclusion? Can’t he differentiate between an ignis and an ertiga? If so, it speaks volumes about his prejudice and arbitrariness) — shows that he hadn’t applied his mind properly and that his report was carelessly prepared. Besides, he hasn’t even spelt my name correctly.
His opinion about the possible causes of the “bulge” of the tyre (See attachment) are highly and patently presumptuous, if not a concoction of his imagination. Because none of the things he imagines has happened. I ought to know, since i was the only driver of the vehicles so far.
His assertion that it was not a case of manufacturing defect is ill-founded.
I shall be free to pursue other avenues open to me to get my grievance redressed by a suitable replacement of the tyre, in any manner i may deem fit.

I was purchased honda city vx model on 29/01/2018 (Manufactured 2017) when i drive approx (2k to 5k km) after my front right tyre got teared from corner then i thought that maybe it was my fault so at time of servicing i told about the incident and i also taken this normally but after sometimes exact (7k km) i was travelling to bhopal from chhindwara with my family my cars two tyres bust from corner 30km in between i suffered a lot. I walk for 7km for puncher shop with my tyre. Then when i return back i raise complaint about tyres in my city authorities honda workshop (Sky honda). They all said that this is not manufacturing fault this is all about your driving but i insist them to raise complaint. (But no response) then i forgot about complaint after my one more tyre got burst (15k km) i goes to service centre for asking about complaint which i raised before but the service manager was changer in service center. He is saying that you had to complain before then i said i had before but he say there is no complaint raise by you then i re-raised complain. And at (18k km) something my one more tyre got bust from corner. My honda city having bridgstone ecopia (185/55r16). I’m having two honda city same model. One is purchased at 29/01/2018 (Manufactured 2017) and second one is purchased at april/2018 (Manufactured 2018). But i’m having the problem in first which is manufactured in 2017. I search on internet about my problem then i find many of people suffering same problem who purchased in 2017 manufactured model. Still no response from service center till now.

New tyre busted within a month and i have been asked to pay ₹841 for replacement. No cut or non puncture shows it’s a manufacturing defect. Please justify the claim with valid reason.

I own a Maruti dzire in which tyre are Bridgestone. On 26march 2020 my rear wheel get punched and I took car on side parking zone for checking and replacement. I found tyre busted from side corner which is very disappointed me. Then I search for tyre warranty, I found all in permissible criteria so, now I want replacement of it. Becoze in such lockdown I have no spare wheel now and I am in emergency services so I need to attain work daily. If it will happen again then situation becomes miserable Do needful immediately please.

I made a claim on a faulty tyre and bridgestone wants to charge me with 1100+ rs. For replacement.

This is really strange that you are demanding a sum of 1146 for a tyre which was provided by you having manufacturing defects.

The situation is that i brought this tyre in the month of december and the tyre was mostly in the state of idle as my workplace and office is hardly 500 mtrs away.

The facts of the event to prove that tyre was faulty and is having a manufacturing defect are:-

From december till march 1st week i hardly drove as my office is next to my home then in the month of march i was not in india and upon my return i was home quarantined. (All proofs available)

Finally on 21st of march when i was driving my car i felt there was less air in my tyre when i got it checked i saw the tyre was swollen (Having manufacturing defect) and hence because of the same reason the tyre was losing air constantly. I immediately got it refilled and came back home and parked car again thinking that i shall lodge the complaint on monday. However from monday janta curfew and lockdown started subsequently. Again during all this time the car was idle and tyre was not used.

However, once during lockdown due to medical emergency i had to rush to buy medicines and again same problem persisted that no air in tyre due to faulty tyre that you sold me and there was no one on street to fill tyre, then also i filled the air with my emergency air pump which might not had been enough.

Finally because of all the above scenarios i am facing a lot of trouble and harassment.

After all this i saw the claim report and the claim mentioned is cut on sidewall which is partially true because caim is manufacturing defect and swollen tyre.

Hence, kindly replace the tyre without any claim that you are falsely leavying upon me, rather you should also think of compensating me on the harassment that i faced during lockdown because of low quality tyre that you have provided me.

Kindly look into the matter on priority

The tires of my new vehicle, the tata tiago, vehicle kl10bd2033 are from the tyre company bridgestone. It's been 6 months since i bought the car. The vehicle was driven at 19500 km. It was in the meantime that the tires of the car suddenly burst. The side of the tire was broken. Because of that i inquired about the warranty at the dealership. They gave no clear answer. I have recently purchased a brand new ertiga 2020 vehicle. Today just after a month the front tyre towards the driver seat got multiple bursts in the tyre while parking in the parking. There is no puncture in the tyre and no obstacles beneath the tyre also. A sudden multiple bursts in the tyre surprised me. I approached the showroom from where i purchased it. For further assistance the showroom advisor asked to me to approach the consumer complaints online. I request to change my tyres of the entire vehicle immediately.

I am a proud owner of honda city but unfortunately it's very saddened to mention that they are providing their valuable customers with bridgestone tyres which is of pathetic, poor & low quality.
I have driven my car not more than 18 k and one of my trye got burst yesterday while travelling back. I am thankful to god that nothing happened to me and my family.
I am aggrieved over the quality of the tyres, i won't be wrong saying that i care for my vehicle like my baby still this thing happened.
It's not first complaint about bridgestone tyres, even i will speak to honda administration as well for the replacement otherwise their name would also be in danger.

I purchase bridgestone tyre from shiv tyres 9 months ago, i come back on 08th march, 2020 from ahmadabad i cross fall village time 04:28pm suddenly my left side back tyre blast my xuv500 w-* model speed 100km/h i can't suddenly stop when tyre puncture slowly but safely park beside a motibanugar bust stand. Mahindra & mahindra roadside assistant come and changed my puncture wheel. Next morning i go to puncture repairer. He saw the tyre and try to puncture repair but after he feel the air in the tyre but tyre get balloon out side some area. A puncture man saw this situation and stop to feel and empaty the air in tyre and removed the tyre and saw it a tyre totally damage inside. A puncture man say please don't repair it and use this tyre go to company shop and claim now"09/03/2020 in evning i go with my driver shri ajay solanki your bridgestone tyre distributor shiv tyre mr. Sunilbhai pohwani say company could not responsible for this serious situation company did not accept your claim. Why? He say this is company policy i can't support it. He say bridgestone company no pass your claim because this tyre already puncture and not manufacturing problem" this is to much why i bare 13675/-rs pay? Bridgestone say 2 year warranty for purchase of date but my purchase date 9 month. Why i suffered. Give me justice or i go to high court consumer court against bridgestone tyre.

I have honda wr-v diesel v model purchased from vibrant honda, aligarh (U. P) 2 months back.
I was driving last evening from ghaziabad to aligarh through g. T. Road (Nh-34) and suddenly i got front tyre burst at around car speed of 70 km/h. Fortunately, me with my 2 more brother got saved from an big accident due to tyre burst incident. I took control anyhow on car and parked on service lane immediately.
So the complaint is regarding that new tyre got burst which could convert into a big accident and i want the immediate replacement for this.
