Bridgestone Tyres India — Manufacturing defective tyre provided by verna | |||||
I have purchased new Verna from authorized showroom 9 months ago After short span o[censored]sage one of the Tyre was de-shaped immediately I have reported to the showroom dealer, during the inspection they also found that it is almost like manufacturing defect and asked me to submit the Tyre for inspection and replacement. After the inspection Bridgestone company told that the problem is due to overloading and impact with object such as curb/pothole I didn't have any incidence of overloading though i have traveled long distances I am sure company is trying to mislead us with wrong inspection report We request you to take proper action against them.
