Bridgestone Tyres India — tyre defects

I brought 5tyres from kalika tyres, durgapur wb. One of them found defective (Bulging problem). I reported to the dealer after 45days dealer inform me that the tyre is rejected there was my fault. When i reported to the executives of bridgestone tyres i became surprised to hear that they didn't checked it.
After 3 months the executives of bridgestone tyres mr. Santosh kumar checked it (At that time the tyre was in my custody) & didn't find any fault from my end. I sent whatever his senior mr. Sumit chowdhry want by pics through whats app. & as per the instructions of mr. Chowdhury i return the tyre to kalika tyres & i whatsapp the receipt to mr. Chowdhury. I called him up several times to know about the updates but they did'nt.
I am surprised that after 7 months they sent me rejected report & photographs of that tyres, which photographs did not matched with that tyres when it was in my coustody (I attached 3nos pics of the tyres when it was in my coustody & also attached the receipt of the tyre returned).
