Bridgestone Tyres India — Tyre is damaged under warranty and is not being replaced

My tyre is damaged in one puncutre only which is in warranty and the dealer ( new chawla, gurgaon, nehru stadium market) is refusing to replace it.
Please take action as soon as possible.
