It was literally a pathetic service experience with your services,
Gist:-
Day before yesterday Jan15th 2021 I went to Talegaon via Mumbai Pune express highway, where my rightside rear tire got bursted, it was a horrifying experience since I had my family in car I couldn't thought of anything else..near Talegaon toll plaza I exited somehow..where I put stepny and went ahead.
Today morning (January 17)I went to your dealer N.V.Sales where I met with one Mr Dinesh.where I asked them to provide replacement of my tyre..
Mr Dinesh did his formalities and asked me to pay Rs.1298 for the replacement.
I agreed to pay..on which he tried submitting the replacement request but Alas!!! Your pathetic server didn't responded with the OTP..###..
I litterally wasted my 2 hours of my previous time waiting for your stupid OTP.which didn't come...!!!
On which your delear Mr Fines asked me to pay the full amount of Rs.3100+ Rs90 for using credit card payment..
First of all I literally frustrated with your service and a ### product..in last 10 months this is Second instance where your tyre gave me ###!!!
I want my 1890 refunded with immediate effect, I have your bursted tyre with me let me know where should I drop the same for your warranty procedure.
Delay in responding like your ### OTP service will lead to file a complaint with consumer FORUM!!!
