[Resolved]  Britannia — Cancelling retailer's order because not purchasing a particular product from Distributor and forcing to buy the product .

I Sangita S Sonawane (Retailer code MH[protected], I own a retail Shop Named as Om namah Shivaay Kirana and General Stores, Address - Sarnobat Nagar, Opp jay ambe kirana, Mataji mandir road, Manda, Titwala (East), Taluka - Kalyan, District - Thane, Maharashtra - 421605.
I have ordered for the required products from Shree Samarth Agencies, Shop no.01 & 02, Suyog sadan, Kalyan - 421102 and the Salesman took our order and the Salesman also offered to buy some chips that were newly launched but I denied and today i.e on 27/02/2024 I saw delivery was made on other shops but not on our's then I called on phone to Salesman he said that because you cancelled to buy those chips the company has cancelled your whole order. So my complain is regarding the same the Company/Distributor or any Salesman can not make the customer forcefully buy any his product and nor he can cancel the other order on the grounds that customer is not purchasing a particular product. I request you to look into this matter because the customer has its own right to buy the product as per his needs and No one can force him to buy a certain product.
