I have purchased the 50-50 biscuit and one of the biscuit had a hair in it.
This is highly unprofessional and ignorance from such a big brand. We are suffering from this pandamic and expect safety and hygiene in packaged products.
This complaint is to highlight the unhygienic condition of the factory of this brand

0n 10th of may 2021 i bought a britannia chocolate cake gobbles from deepak departmental prayagraj. And opened a packet on 18th may while eating it i got injured from the hard plastic piece in that. This kind of negligence is intolerable and i want strict action to be in this matter. Jst think about if infant eaten that that could severely injured him. Lot no. I was shocked to see hair in a good day biscuit packet today it was really weird to see such a reputed company failed so miserably to maintain food safety. It was so disgusting to see hair dont even know if it was of an infected person tried complaining to britannia but no response as expected.

It was a early morning tea time when my son asked for tea and biscuits. When I offered him his tea and biscuits in plate he started to consume 2 to 3 biscuits, when he took the 4th biscuit dipped in his cup of tea I noticed something disgusting on the biscuit..yes it's a HAIR. A human head HAIR found in the biscuit. I took back the pieace of biscuit from my son hand, before he consume it.

I purchased marie gold biscuit from shop but that marie biscuit is not a cranchy. cranchiness is missing on that and that of that is not like a normal biscuit. This thing is very disappointed.

The primary packaging material for one of individual packets is abnormal and did not closed completely in 6 pack packet of britannia 50-50 maska chaska 6 pack packet.

This is the second time I am facing this same issue with britannia bread. I see green colored fungus on breads when it is still in it’s consumption time period. My family has been a regular consumer of britannia products because of the quality it provides. However, we are starting to have second thoughts on it now.
This is very disappointing to face same issue twice in 6 months. Hoping our complaints get heard.

This distributor is harassing the retailer. Does not Provide the stock, does not talk nicely, Sales Manager too gets involved in same. This is insane the retailer go and stand there to get the stock but does distributor does not let the stock out.

ब्रिटानिया कंपनी जो गुड्डे के जॉब बिस्किट बना रही है आज जब मैं व बिस्किट अपने घर पर बच्चों के लिए लाया तो उनका स्वाद बहुत ही बुरा और उसमें जो इन्होंने ऑयल मिक्स किया था या जो भी मिक्स किया था बहुत ही गंदा स्वाद दे रहा था और ऐसा लग नहीं रहा था कि वह बिस्किट अभी तरोताजा बना हुआ है ऐसा लग रहा था कि कई सालों पहले उसे बनाया गया हो यह खाने के बाद मुझे पेट दर्द हुआ और मेरी तबीयत अचानक बिगड़ गई ब्रिटानिया कंपनी अपने ग्राहकों को बस बेवकूफ बना रही है प्लीज इसे बंद करो aaj agar isse khane ke baad meri family ko kuch ho jaata to mai kya karta OMG

That biscuit taste has differently available compare then regular taste. because of biscuit not cooked properly

The bread salesman is not providing bread requirements despite of requests either providing breads to all other shop owners nearby.
Please i just want you to look into it as soon as possible and provide me with a solution as he is giving products ro everyone excluding me giving reasons like products are not available in much quantity so i cant provide uh giving the same products in major quantity to others.

I am Kumar, Jayaramana Traders, and we have been into Food product distribution since 1996 and supplying Britannia biscuit along with few other brands like parle for more than 16 years. We are supplying to more than 40 clients and among them, around 10 clients are whom we are closely and exclusively working with. We are also among the top 10 biscuit distributor in Chennai.

However, in recent times, the new Tamilnadu ASM Mr Dinesh is trying to take over my clients whom we acquired after many struggles over the years. We are also denied any supply recently and your ASM is supplying my clients, directly through DPR Agency.

We now feel like we have been betrayed. we have brought business for Britannia more than Rs.15, 000, 00 and this is how we are being treated. Also, I still don't get the point in spoiling my business with my existing clients rather than acquiring new clients. If you wish to discuss this, please let us know, I am ready to have a healthy conversation about this anytime.
