I purchased 250 gms of milagu seedai at Chennai Airport in the Sri Krishna Sweets outlet by cash. On arrival at Kolkata it was opened and I found it to be very old and giving very bad smell. I didn't expect this from Sri Krishna Sweets. Please look into this matter....

Bought sweets and savories at their shop in valsarwakkam, chennai for a total billing of 1700/- in which one of the item was kaju katli wch was old stock and worst tasted ever !! Even ground sand would taste better.

Raised against the employee and told to contact his manager selvam. Where is responded very lame and saying if you dont like tasting why buying ? He shud give a response like that and treating his employee very bad as i heard from the fellow sales guy who gave me the sweets. He tasted it and acknowledged its old and tasting old oil smell feel. But he couldn’t able to address the same to his sweet manager as he may lose his job.

As a customer centric nobody cares for food quality as per Sri krishna sweets ! Hope some necessary actions taken against them or checked if they making good and fresh savories and sweets.

Raised refund on that and after half an hr they agreed to give me without gst !! Raised again and fought to get back the full amount !! Worst experience ever.

My time, petrol to and fro and energy waste only

If they dont care about their reputation or food quality, what for we r still buying ? Is the priceless question that we need for ourselves.

Hope something can be done to bring a change !!

My Name is ramachandran from Saravanapatti, recently I have ordered 10Kg's Sweet from krishna Sweets in Saravanampati branch and it for our company staffs and we are located in Chil SEZ IT park, Keeranatham.

Our concern is we requested that store manager to provide paper Bags for gifiting sweets to employees and he refused and says that we can able to give only plastic Bags. As you all knew that using plastic bags will not...

We are a huge fan of Sri Krishna sweets...usually we wait for the bookings during gokul astami to book neivedhyam special sweets but during this time I found a long hair in my Murukku packet I had bought ...this is so disgusting ...Is this is the proper way of serving foods to the customer please look into this issue

I purchased a mixture packet of 250gms from mettupalayam branch Sri krishna sweets. The taste of mixture was not crispy and very wet since it has a reputed name we did not taste the mixture before buying hoping it will have a good taste and quality one serving it to guests, we felt very discomfort once they tasted your mixture... If this Is the case we would have got it in a local shop rather than searching and coming to your store..

Very very unhappy with your service and taste.

We are planning to bought pickle in thiruvallur branch at 9.00pm. But the shop boy semi-close the shutter and not to allow the shop. We request more time. But they did not allow. We are so disappointed for the issue. Kindly take the necessary action for customer statification.

Seedai and thattai packed, stale . Not fit for consumption

Found a quarter piece of fried banana in the chips packet.

Sir, I Went to Palavanthangal branch and purchased Pickle and candy and made the payment through google pay. I have shared the screen shot for the proof of payment effected to your shop. But the manager replied as payment not credited to shop account. When I asked him to verify for confirmation, he behaved rude and roughly and hesitate to verify the credit details. Though payment made by me, my purchase was denied because of his behavior.. kindly look into this matter and refund the same to me as soon as possible.
I hope that you will keep the pride of Sri Krishna Sweets always high by giving proper solution to my issue.

Regular customer buying mysurpa, two days before purchased from vadavalli store, not at all good, instead of ghee, the sweet tastes like prepared in an oil.

Bought Jammon from Anna Nagar East Chennai, today at around 4 pm along with other products and jamoon expiry date is Aug 25th Aug and Mfg date 12 th July. Quality is bad and sour. Tried calling 5hem and no body is picking the phone

Ordered sweets 6 items in that ine mysurpa 500gm and another 300gm included but the 300gm packet is not available.

I placed an order online (Order Number:[protected] on 8th Nov. This order was for Diwali to my elderly parents who live in Trichy and the order was delivered today (16th Nov). The frustrating point was, I was not able to track the status of the order as their website was disabled. The company never replied to my email yet. When they could not handle the demand, they should not have taken the orders or they should have stopped taking orders 2 weeks in advance. What is the point in delivering the food after a week ( after the festival, sweets will be past the expiry date) when they advertised ‘next day delivery’. Big companies like this, should be made accountable. Can I request the company to refund my money?

Hi all,

I have placed order on 6th of june 2020 via online (Orderid:21673), i couldn't see any progress in the order and i'm unable to reach sri krishna sweets. Can some one provide me an update??

Went to t nagar branch. Asked for a coffee bi the manager handled in a very third rate loafer way as though we hav come for a free coffee. He just showing face that he is not having change for even hundred rupees and he can't bill for the coffee,. When said i will complain he again rudely said poi enga vendum nalum complain pannikonga. I dint expect such a behavior in ur firm.

I have ordered sweets worth 1055 through website on 17th of october and order id is :[protected].in the website it was mentioned as it will be delivered with in 3-4 days. But the order has not reached the destination till now. I tried calling number provided on the website multiple times but response. Also i sent mail but i got no reply.

Really disappointed with the services provided.

Not sure if the number and mail id provided on the website are of any use.

Please help to get update on the above request.
