This is to bring to your kind notice that I am the consumer of britania biscuits for the past 15 years.I am aged 64 years and daily consuming britania nitro choice biscuits. For the past 8 months 1 kg pack is sub standard and half baked and taste differs not all pack, most pack.I am enclosing the photo of the same for your kind reference.at this old age I am taking this biscuits for my breakfast. The hard earned money become waste on account of this.kindly compensate for the same.

They made a call to me and she provided me with another number and said you will be interviewed for the job. She took my interview and said that you are selected for the post of the supervisor, but you have to pay ₹2.5 k as security deposit after which they will send an offer letter. She also sent me an offer letter and mentioned...

I have brought this cake and I found a plastic with sharp edges in it . I realised instantly before I ingest it. Britannia you need to atleast check the product because this sharp edge thing can lead to death or heavy injury.

1) how it is happened?
2) There is no hygienic system?
3) how you control to avoid the cross contamination in future?

Last week I given old stock to salesmen and he said I will replace that products but Distributer said salesmen is not in job he already resigned that job so it's not our issues he already changed 3/4 salesmen in a month so it's a Distributer issues not our, and Distributer is not talking properly using worst languages with us, my father have issue Blood Pressure but Distributer tune is third class I will make a police case if he is talking bad language with my parents 👍 ..
So talk with Distributer and solve that issues...

Hii om 26 Jan I bought four packets of Britannia cake from my near by shop and when I opened one of the packet the cake is to tight and it's not even expired it's its manufacturing date is 0 2 / 11 / 20 and it's best before 4 months from packaging I want a quick response from you and go through this mattet

I had bought a box of good day biscuits and after opening of the box I found a live worm above one of the biscuits.we regularly using and giving to for my 1 year old baby. When he was having biscuit, all of sudden he started coughing and vomited completely. Full pack damage and live worm on inside.
Please let me know what quality control you have in place to avoid such occurrence in future and also let me know what action you are going to take for this incident.

It was a regular cake of of butter flavour.it was manufactured recently in between 1 or 2 months from today.but when I on packed the cake package then I found it was full of fungus.

I had bought packet of britannia nutri choice hi fibre digestive Rs 20/-
the entire packet was covered with fungus . There are old aged people at my place and this could have caused them serious health issue on consuming.

Honestly, We, as a valuable customer of yours have lost our trust to purchase your products any further. The specimen is with us as a proof of your spurious quality control.Also I called your customer care number but failed to receive any satisfactory response.

We bought Britannia Gobbles (fruity fun cake slices) on 21 November 2020, which is well before the expiry of the product. Further, the packet was well covered and there was not sign of tampering with the product packaging.

After consuming three slices of the cake, we found a live insect inside the cake. Consuming this has resulted in serious stomach infection to my family member.

It is very disgusting to get damaged product from trusted company. This is really not acceptable and we would like to claim the compensation/ damages from Britannia for this unhealthy product.

Please note that if this issue is not satisfactorily addressed, we would take necessary action against the company.

Hi, this is for your kind attention from US resident.First time bought Britannia Marie gold biscuits last week from Patel brothers and gave them to kids today for eating..my kid looked strange while eating then i tried one biscuit from it and found it contains crushed stone particles while eating the biscuits..this is ridiculous buy the biscuits for huge amount and finding it so unhealthy..so disappointed by using this biscuits

Though the Biscuit which i had purchased was not expired and was packed properly but there was a tiny insect inside the packet. Even spider webs was there.

We are the seller in manglore we are the the britannia product at so many year we compilte the target but we cant get any reward for this till july to october so manglore we are kindle requesting britannia company must to visit and solt the problem

I purchased a britania bourbon biscuit pack but biscuit was already half eaten .
Is this quality products you are providing to customer .
Bad experience with Britannia now will never purchase any product you guys are all not concerned about customer health

When I opened up britannia’s brown bread packet, I was shocked to see fungus on each slice of the bread. What came to more dissatisfaction was that bread is not even expired. It’s best before use date mentioned on the packet is: 10 October 2020.
This is a huge disappointment coming from such a prestigious company.

I am customer of yours from a long time. Consuming various product of britannia. One of the very popularly known good day biscuits, where the quality is spoiled badly. Now a days the quality of the biscuits are worst then what we used to get before 15 years.
Today just opened a fresh pack of good day biscuits, and in the 3’rd biscuit a stone comes in between the teeth which was in the biscuit because of which i had to go to dentist....

Today I found thread in vita mari gold biscuits. Please make your product with best quality so customer will buy in future.
