I have purchased Britannia teatoast last week with the manufacturing date of 6th June 2020 and have opened it today for consuming and found fungus attack and there is no crispiness at all.

It's really shocked to have such a quality defect eatable from Britannia.

In the present pandemic situation having such a unhealthy item and its impacts are unimaginable.

How come such an negligence happened from Britannia that too on a good product.

Luckily I have opened it normally my son used to open and consume it, kids does not have awareness on these fungus attacks, and this is not acceptable at all.

Hi, myself and family is long time consumer for britannia products. Nowadays the quality of the biscuit too worst. For an example take milk biscuit and marie gold. Those are contained wheat powder but the biscuits are so hard and whitish. Especially no taste. Crores of customer buying your product for babies and elder people. It’s trust issue. I already raised this concern is appropriate forums. But the resolution is not satisfied.

என் பெயர் ஆரோக்கியராஜ் நான் கடந்த மாதம் 27 /5 /2020 அன்று மணலியில் உள்ள ஒரு மல்லிகை ஸ்டோரில் பிரிடன்னிய மரி கோல்டு பிஸ்கட் பத்து ரூபாய் 2 வாங்கினேன் பிறகு எனது வீட்டிற்கு வந்து ஒரு பாக்கெட்டை பிரித்து இரண்டு பிஸ்கட்டுகளை எடுத்து தேனீரில் தொட்டு சாப்பிடும்போது எனது தொண்டையில் ஏதோ சிக்கியது என்னவென்று பார்த்தால் முடி இருந்தது உடனே நான் அதை எடுத்து விட்டேன் பிறகு நான் அந்த நிறுவனத்தை இடம் புகார் அளித்தேன் பிறகு அந்த நிறுவனத்தின் அதிகாரி எங்களைத் தொடர்பு கொண்டு பேசினார் நாங்கள் நடந்தவற்றை சொன்னோம் அதன் பின்பு அவர் எங்கள் வீட்டிற்கு வந்தார் அந்த முடி உள்ள பிஸ்கட்டை பார்த்தார் அந்த முடியுள்ள பிஸ்கட்டை தருமாறு கேட்டுக் கொண்டார் நாங்கள் தரவில்லை பிறகு நாங்கள் எங்கள் நிறுவனத்திடம் பேசி நல்ல முடிவை எடுக்கிறோம் என்று சொன்னார் ஆனால் இதுவரை எங்களுக்கு எந்த முடிவும் வரவில்லை. கொரோனா பரவும் இந்த சமயத்தில் இதுபோன்ற பிஸ்கட்டுகள் முடி இருப்பது எங்களுக்கு பயத்தை ஏற்படுத்தி உள்ளது அந்த பிஸ்கட்டை சாப்பிட்ட அந்த நாள் முதல் எனது தொண்டையில் இன்ஸ்பெக்சன் உள்ளது சரியாக சாப்பிட முடியவில்லை அதனால் எனக்கு ஒவ்வாமை ஏற்பட்டு உள்ளது. இதனுடன் அந்த பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பிஸ்கட்டின் படங்களை படங்களை இணைத்துள்ளேன்

I purchased family pack of goodday from dmart nanded city pune and in eve when i opened the pack to have biscuits to my kids, they found insect rolling on the biscuit. I took photographs and send it to customer care and it has been almost 3 weeks now and there is no action on it from there end. It is really pity and ridiculous that you pay money also and get such quality which is dangerous to kids and even to adults. I want to have stringent quality checks applied and britinnai to work for it and compensate for same.

I bought a Britannia cake from a nearby stop in New Jakkanpur, Patna. While eating the cake, it was second piece of cake, I was about to eat but got my attention on a shiny object and found out it was a glass piece .How can they be so careless, wonder if someone eat the glass without knowing.For adult they can somehow know but think of kids...I request you to look in matter and come with a solution.

We recently purchased a pack of britannia marie gold biscuits and majority of the biscuits were burnt. I am not sure how is the company ensuring quality to its customers.in such a crucial time we managed to stand in line for hours to get biscuits etc and this is what we get. His the # is that even fair? Does the company have an adequate and efficient quality check department? The company needs to compensate for this or we will take this ahead and lodge a complaint.

Brittania is cheating customers but deceptive wrapper packing of its digetive bistcuit. Attached are two images.
100g biscuit mrp 20 rs.
150g+50g buiscuit pack mrp 40 rs. (With a print on the pack 33% free)
Customer getting deceived with the trick and company is selling bigger pack with no discount.
This decption should b penalised and against good trade practice.

I live in new delhi., i want to complaint for the distributor or supplier of the britania or harvest breads o[censored]ttam nagar new delhi.. I am a retailer shop owner., i want to complaint for the distributor or supplier of the west delhi.
I live in new delhi uttam nagar. I want to complaint of distributor of the uttam nagar. The supplier behaviour is not so good he behaves like rudely nd sometimes he usses abusing languages.. Mistake in accounting while supply the bread.. He also supply the expiry date breads.. His behaviour toward a lady is also not good.. He is also not regular for the supply.. His godown is in matiala, uttam nagar near shiv mandir.. I request to britania manager of delhi office to take strict action on the distributor or supplier of this area..

Found many bugs in biscuit packet when i opened it on 9th march, 2020.
Even though its expiry date is on 23rd may, 2020

It is very disgusting to get damaged products by trusted companies.
This is the third time i am getting unhealthy products from britannia.

Incidents like these discourage us to buy from your company.

Please be extra cautious.

It's my seriously complaint and it's my humble request by senior manager of britainia sir i still complaint last 1 year but no body response me or give a peaceful answer i have shop in delhi gamri road ghonda near shadara.. And also it's my distributor complaint (Name - shah gupta somethings and sells man name is - brijesh) they are talk very cheap fully when i ask for replacement solutions or provide for a right computer typing bill.

Also i was get 2 year before by britainia vouchers. But after changing the distributor i have no one benefits by new distributor is in delhi shadara 110053.

Hi, i found worm in the pack of britannia marie gold biscuits, it was moving on the 6th biscuit and was live moving on, this is how the company products are making people sick and more over a branded company like britannia doesn't check it's quality, package, safety it's pathetic also dropped the mail to health department for consumers, need an immediate compensation and response on the same.

I just opened a pack of britannia toastea and after feeding one to my child i found all the toast with hanging larvae on it..
I found it in all of them
Just horrible.. I don't know what my baby is going to suffer after eating this piece of crap..
Literally a big regret in trusting this big company with so much carelessness.
It's packing date is 23/12/2019 and expiry is after 5 months.
It's not even 2 months now.
Please look into it..
And ask people who are questionable for playing with health of people..

We thought that you go through a hygiene process but does not look like it.
We are very upset on the quality provided by your brand.

Kind attention: britannia group of companies.
On 25th january, morning around 7 am my daughter suddenly raised her louder voice and starts crying, immediate we all rushed up and asked the reason? She shows some small small round worm moving on biscuits. First one biscuit she eated and above second biscuit she found small small round worm and starts get continuous vomit. Immediate attended by our family doctor and intake some medicines.
Britannia company have to reply and immediate response.
Tomorrow for lab test i planned supposed if there is no response from your end.

We bought one of biscuit product "nice time" biscuit of your company at 20/11/2019 and the expiry date of all five packets was not finish. My three years old son open one packet to eat the biscuit & we found all the biscuit in bad condition.

We found mesh & maggot in two biscuits packets. We are keeping those packets safe with us as a proof & with this mail we are sending the video of the bad biscuits to you to take appropriate action. This thing is very bad because we had bought a product of a reputed company and we found mesh & maggot in a packets
