We have been consuming RUSK for the last few years. Of late we find the quality has deteriorated. In the month of April/ May the RUSKS were over cooked .All sides were blackened and had a burned smell. The current pack
is undercooked- more whitish than brown. In both the cases it is Mfg. by Jhaveri Flexo India Ltd. The quality control dept.has to be more vigilant other wise you will start loosing your customers which you cannot afford in this competitive market.

I had guest at my house. And I offered britannia nutri choice biscuits. And In one biscuit my guest actually found a hair strand. It was very enbrassing moment for me. I have contacted britannia toll free number and registered a complaint about it. But they dont seem to take this into consideration. The concern person used to call me back and just say, "our executive will meet you in few days." And now its a month, but there is no response...

I m seller of your biscuits
Yesterday, 2 of customers had returned biscuits who had purchased 3 packets each (These are our daily customers of this biscuits)

They had returned me packets in which over baked biscuits - tase was very bad (Having burn smell)

From such a reputed brand this is not at all acceptable

We got the Britannia Green coloured Fruit cake in birthday Party and when my 4 year old daughter and her father was eating it, father found small metal piece in cake and he quickly spit it to check what was it and we checked with magnet and hence could confirm that it was a metal . This is health hazard and betrayal by company and risking our kids lives as well.please take strong action against this.We have already stopped purchasing any items of Britannia henceforth

I was down to my third biscuit, and when i tried to break it into two halves, surprisingly the halves were still attached by multiple threads. I'm not sure what type of threads they are, but they are grey in color and are transparent too. I have been buying the same since I was a kid, and now I'm really disappointed.

I hope you take necessary actions immediately.

Dear Sir,
I would like to report an issue which was seen on the label of Britannia Good Day Biscuit pack.The date of manufacture on the packing is printed as 14/07/2017.How can this be possible?As we are going through the month of March 2017 how can a biscuit be manufactured in the month of July 2017?After this issue how can a consumer trust the information provided on the label.I hope that the matter will be taken into concern.

Iam very disappointed by the service of good day biscuits.I have 2 packs of nuts good day packs from ratnadeep mehdipatnam .and when i have opened it i saw many red anta in the biscuit stuck and some where moving around.I would request to you to take immediate action on my complain, requestcause children's love this lot.

I found dirty thing inside one of my good day biscuit. I really wanna take strict action against the company coz it might harm someone if they had eaten it. It really is a big mistake from a company like Britannia who everyone trust in India. They should really make things with proper care coz they can't let people eat food something like this which will affect people's health. I purchased one Good day biscuit from a very regular store today 4th Feb-17. while i open it, the color of the biscuits were dark then the regular color of the biscuits, but in hurry i ate two and immediately i found some faulty feelings then i checked expiry date and found its expired (11/08/16) and went back to the store they have few more biscuits of same expiry and still they selling it to the customers. Even after showing it to the store person they also not clear about the date to confirm how to check expiry . then i brought few more biscuits pack and show it to them with (22/12/16), definitely the format is date/month/year.

Sir, We had purchase 12 packets of Milk Bikis from local counter of 200gms, lot no B111631, Pack dt 16.11.16. Major biscuits were broken as we opened it.
We have lodge the complaint to company on 30.01.17. but till today neither any representative has turned up nor they have solved my problem. They are'nt serious abt this. Please do needfull.I have got pics but nt able to send.
Till now nobody has cared for this Complaint.
Biscuits were not in a condition to exhibit in plates and offer to guests.
Is this quality that we are paying for?

I have purchased bourbon from big bazaar and was having my child to it. Suddenly noticed that a white hair is inside the biscuit. This is really embarrassing and dangerous. Britannia is a trusted brand and this hair would have cause an big accident to my childs life. This is not acceptable at all.

I require an appropriate action and compensation for the same.

The packing of britannia nutri choice biscuits is worst.
I find the biscuits always broken whenever the pack is opened.
I have faced this situation several times and so avoided purchasing them due to this for sometime.
But today (1st jan 2017) i opened a new one and it is still the same.
The biscuits need to be covered fully with a strong outer cover.

I had procured the above mentioned product from d-mart mall, nadiad (Gujarat) yesterday (On 18th december, 2016 @ 06:58 pm)

At home when we opened the pack, we found that the cheese is not up to the mark of the eatable quality.

Physical observations : water extracted over the cheese spread, small round lumps were in the condensed cheese below water
Smelling property : it seems like got some kind of fungal growth into the product
Packaging property : intact pack, not damaged

It had been mentioned on the pack that it will expire after 9 months of packing the product which will be the 02nd of feb 2017. But considering the above the product got bad very well before that expiry period. It is a great matter of concern that the product of britannia became “unstable” very well before of the expiry period.

Pl find attached herewith images regarding the product and purchase invoice of the same.

We believe that britannia is a such a brand with which this kind of experience is almost near to impossible and thus we are eager to hear from you asap.

Pl look into the matter and do revert back regarding the solution for the said grievance from our side.

P. S. : we have also lodged a complaint regarding the same with d-mart with reference no: d-c/guj/nad/nad-13492.

Bought the above mentioned product from reliance market Hubli (Karnataka). it contained cookies that were over cooked and charred on one side, tasted very bitter. please improve food quality checking criterions and standard.

is 45083 now I want raised complaint against your brand in consumer forum and social media too because you can, t play with our health I already mailed the pictures to you !!

Good morning. I am SENTHILKUMAR K. from chennai, since last six
months I used BRITANNIA 'GOOD DAY' biscuit for my children. Today I
purchased two packets 'GOOD DAY' biscuit, then I found a biscuit with
a 'HAIR'. I think so, my children health is spoil. And I want the
reason behind 'hair in the biscuit'. So I need complete necessary
action against my complaint.

I really do not be rude, but the qualitie of this product is
nowhere near what I would expect from your company like yours and I
believe, that this should be deals with as soon as possible.

If you do not take necessary action for this complaint, I will go
to 'CONSUMER COURT' and 'FCI'.

I bought a packet of good-day biscuits. The biscuits of that packet were totally bad/useless.They all were black who couldn't have been eatable.when i complained of that biscuits to Britannia Industry then after a long time a quality executive had come for taking the sample.and i said to him to give me a proof of this that he is taking my sample of biscuits..but he refused...and now...i complained again ...but still they didn't give any reply of my complained.

Issue: Dear Sir/Ma'am, I would like to draw your attention to a pack of biscuit I purchased today (1/9/2016) with regards to smell and taste of Nice Biscuits. Smell + Taste of Biscuit - Tastes like it was mixed with fevicol glue. Yes, fevicol glue !! I have kept the biscuit pack with me and would like to get to the root cause. I hope you can assign someone to look into this at the earliest. Looking forward for an early response.

Feedback submitted to Brittania's website apparently is forwarded to [protected]@22feet.in !??? The domain itself kind of makes it seem that Brittania possible junks all complaints. Or if it is a valid email address, delivery failure shows their seriousness in dealing with complaints.
