We bought the above mentioned biscuit RS 20 we found tat it is so soft and some bad smell is coming, but the pack manufactured date is on 29/06/2016. So again we bought RS5 pack and checked it was so crispy and tasty too . so some illegal business is going on in our near by shop .I feel that it is expired and they are printing the new date and reselling it.so I request u to look into this issue. Because we are a regular customer of yours.

This is a less than one month old pack and claims it's validity for 3 month. We bought a few packs yesterday. Kids in my family already consumed some by the time we noticed fungus in this pack.

One of the kids in my family has got serious stomach infection by consuming it. I want to ask britannia what do they mean by their tagline, "eat healthy think better"?...

I had purchased vitarich slice sandwhich white bread which is best for use upto 13th jul'16 could see live and dead insect inside bread pls suggest how we allow such product to come in market

Today 26. June.2016 i fond very unusual thing while eating britannia marie gold biscuits. It looks like something was attached to it, i am not sure what it is but it looks very ugly and i have to throw the whole of biscuit pack to dust bin. I have attached the biscuits picture i took and the manufacturing code. Any suggestion please after seeing the picture.

We bought 3 rs10 packets of britannia bourbon- the original (New & chocolatier) on 24/04/2016 from a local vendor and found that in 1 packet, a pair of biscuit was 'less' compared to other packets. The packet has machine code 402a. Please look into this issue so as to prevent this in future. Waiting to see how well the company respond to this issue from a customers point of view.

I have received some rotten food particle inside my packet of Little Hearts, which gave some fowl smell.

I recently purchased a packet of Jim Jam(100g) and was really disappointed with the product quality. The pack included inverted biscuits and were different in taste. I was a fan of the Britania products earlier and was really disappointed with the product provided by you.
I thereby request you to please act on my complaint as soon as possible.

I have purchased six packets of Nice Time Biscuits and Three packets of Good day CSW biscuits fro M/S Reliance Retails Ltd. 10, Next to Green Chick, Arjun Nagar, New Delhi. I was regular user of the product since two and half year as the same was liked by all the family members but this time the quality of biscuit was very lower and could not like by any of the member of my family and disappointed to this product and decided to switch the same off.The Invoice No. C6748 #0067 dated 26.12.2015. Please look in to the matter.

Please find my attachment showcasing the low quality biscuits provided and the quality being promised to the customers. P.S: This was the case with all the biscuits in the two packets purchased by me.

Incident dated- 30/12/15..I AM ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED AND FURIOUS ABOUT THE FACT THAT WHEN MY 2 YEAR OLD SON TOOK A BITE OF THE NUT AND RAISIN CAKE, BRITANNIA, HE IMMEDIATELY THREW IT OUT BECAUSE SOMETHING PINCHED HIS TONGUE. THE "THING" THAT PIERCED HIS TONGUE WAS A HUGE STAPLE PIN. i have made several calls to the customer support to complaint about the same but their response is pathetic and senseless. instead of giving me a resolution they happen to ask me " what would a stapler pin be doing inside a cake OR WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CAREFUL WHILE FEEDING THE FOOD ITEMS TO MY CHILD". I AM DISGUSTED AND ANGRY. I have filed a police complaint and took a picture which i am about to share on social media. I am very very upset with the way my complaint was handled by the consumer care department, hence i expect a written apology from BRITANNIA and a compensation FOR TRYING TO KILL MY CHILD WITH A FREAKING STAPLER PIN.

Sir, I Prabhdeep Singh owner of confectioner store (name::Guru Nanak Confectioners) from unnao requests you humbly to see to the matter. The issue is few days back I gave the order of Britannia products of around 17000/- due to some problem I couldn't clear the bill on the same day as per the policy of manager and it took around period of 8-9 days I cleared the bill. Now when I placed the order again salesman of the area straightaway said we won't give you..when I opposed he spoke to me in rough langauage which was really intolerable for me, and the owner of the agency is least bothered about the issue and he neither cared to speak to me in personal and sort out the matter at his level.He came after two days with his team My questions to is the higher associates of the company is Firstly, If lower level employee misbehaves with you what should you do? Secondly, What is the responsibility of the head if his lower employee create nuisance. Thirdly, From few days I'm losing my permanent costumers due to unavailability of items as Good day, Britannia cake, rusk are your daily sale items. Fourth, how should I deal with that embarrassment what should I do when they say why have you opened the store.??. what are you doing in main market ?? Do you have Harison lock with you lock your store and go home.. Fifth, who 'll compensate the loss I faced in my store.? Sixth, Is that the way Britannia works you give products in bulk and you want payment in cash on very same day . Seventh, If your employees have more good tuning with other shopkeepers they say don't give supply to them and they do it they are biased I don't know why..?
