They are cheating in the name of britannia bourbon codes offer. The offer code on bourbon packet is not working in Paytm. Very cheap tricks to sell their products...!!!worst fellows

Sir, I Prabhdeep Singh owner of confectioner store (name::Guru Nanak Confectioners) from unnao requests you humbly to see to the matter. The issue is few days back I gave the order of Britannia products of around 17000/- due to some problem I couldn't clear the bill on the same day as per the policy of manager and it took around period of 8-9 days I cleared the bill. Now when I placed the order again salesman of the area straightaway said we won't give you..when I opposed he spoke to me in rough langauage which was really intolerable for me, and the owner of the agency is least bothered about the issue and he neither cared to speak to me in personal and sort out the matter at his level.He came after two days with his team My questions to is the higher associates of the company is Firstly, If lower level employee misbehaves with you what should you do? Secondly, What is the responsibility of the head if his lower employee create nuisance. Thirdly, From few days I'm losing my permanent costumers due to unavailability of items as Good day, Britannia cake, rusk are your daily sale items. Fourth, how should I deal with that embarrassment what should I do when they say why have you opened the store.??. what are you doing in main market ?? Do you have Harison lock with you lock your store and go home.. Fifth, who 'll compensate the loss I faced in my store.? Sixth, Is that the way Britannia works you give products in bulk and you want payment in cash on very same day . Seventh, If your employees have more good tuning with other shopkeepers they say don't give supply to them and they do it they are biased I don't know why..? Sir the mental pressure I'm dealing with I can't explain it therefore I'm expecting a healthy reply from your side.I'm mentioning all the details below and requests you kindly to see to the matter as soon as possible and expecting a strict action from your side..because I didn't got any response from local agency holder in our town. Found dark stain on biscuits pkd 09102015 lotno A1015I6 purchased in INDIRANAGAR Bangalore can we use this I have taken snapshots

I procured the said product from General Stores located near my house. The pack has few single sachets with 3 biscuits pack. Today on 16.11.2015 my son had open the pack and found a live insect inside the biscuit which was of same color of biscuit. I would like to complain about the same. Where is the quality of the product. Also the company is claiming this as essential need for daily consumption. Do we need to eat larva every day ??

Just to bring to your kind notice that I purchased some Britannia Chocomuffills on 8/11/2015 .Please note that the date of packing of those items were 8/09/2015 with an expiry period of 75 days. But it was really surprising for me that I have found fungus on one of those cakes. My three years old child used to bring those cake on her tiffin. How fungus can be grown on the items within the expiry date. How a reputed company like Britannia can allow those items on market.!!! What will be its impact on the health of a child? Something needs to be done. It can affect health of many. It's really a serious concern. This is highly unacceptable. I am looking forward for an escalation and necessary action should be taken against it.

I bought a pack of bourbon. After completing the 9th biscuit or so, while eating the 10th one I found something odd in the cream while chewing. I had to spit it out. When I did so I found ano insect or a creature which I don't know.. It startled me for a moment by its enormous size and appearance. This problem should be sorted out..

Sir, Whenever I tried to apply promocode of britannia bourbon of Rs.26 pack to get cashback in paytm wallet under the offer"jitne ka pack utne ka free cash" in paytm wallet, it showed an error"pls. try after sometime". So, pls. I request you to check this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

Misleading promotion of Paytm - Britannia Bourbon Offer promotion says : "Jitne ka pack utne ka free cash" means get paytm cash equal value of pack. but actually when i tried to redeem the code was not able to add paytm cash i also mailed to paytm regatding this issue it says : We would like to inform you that as per terms and conditions set by Britannia only 15 users can use their promo code on Paytm in the span of 1 hour. this was not mention in promotion

Paytm cash of Rs:26 .While trying to redeem the same through paytm website as
advised page/portal & procedure, its showing a caution "Please try again
after some time".Its happened several time and i failed to en-cash the promo-code.
I want Rs:26.00 cash back on my paytm wallet or cash of Rs26.00 .

I had purchased a few britannia bourbon packs and tried to use the paytm coupon code inside the pack. But to my disappointment none of the codes worked. So I wanted to ask you if you they have any intension of providing the paytm cash or they have just printed the codes to deceive the customers and increase sales. If they dont want to give the paytm cash, there is no need to print it on the packs. Those who like it will buy the product for its taste anyway. I found a plastic thread in a piece of the new Britannia good day butter biscuit this morning while taking the first bite. I would like Britannia to take a look at this issue. It was shocking that such a thing can be expected from this brand. Please ensure these things are put through genuine quality checks. I have attached photo proofs below.

Paking details : 13/06/15 1361595 2/B/C Product : chocolate cake I got 2 packets from peppertap on 1st august. The cakes are very dry /stale and tasteless . I have opened only one packet as of now.you may want to check the other one.Such bad product quality is not expected frm britannia.

Hi, Today I was eating 'Britania Nice Time' Biscuit in Evening with Tea abd found a piece of Plastic in it in the middle.i am attaching the biscuit half bitten by me having plastic piece and the wrapping paper with lot no'03B01' details in it.

I filed a complaint over a week back and i'm still waiting for you guys to take any action. The complaint was regarding hair found in the biscuits holding two halves together.. registration number 34475.

Please resolve by tomorrow (Monday) else i would be taking legal action.
