I procured the said product from General Stores located near my house. The pack has few single sachets with 3 biscuits pack. Today on 16.11.2015 my son had open the pack and found a live insect inside the biscuit which was of same color of biscuit. I would like to complain about the same. Where is the quality of the product. Also the company is claiming this as essential need for daily consumption. Do we need to eat larva every day ??

    Just to bring to your kind notice that I purchased some Britannia Chocomuffills on 8/11/2015 .Please note that the date of packing of those items were 8/09/2015 with an expiry period of 75 days. But it was really surprising for me that I have found fungus on one of those cakes. My three years old child used to bring those cake on her tiffin. How fungus can be grown on the items within the expiry date. How a reputed company like Britannia can allow those items on market.!!! What will be its impact on the health of a child? Something needs to be done. It can affect health of many. It's really a serious concern. This is highly unacceptable. I am looking forward for an escalation and necessary action should be taken against it.

        I bought a pack of bourbon. After completing the 9th biscuit or so, while eating the 10th one I found something odd in the cream while chewing. I had to spit it out. When I did so I found ano insect or a creature which I don't know.. It startled me for a moment by its enormous size and appearance. This problem should be sorted out..

        I bought the GoodDay Biscuit Packet which is a box packing it consists of three packets inside it.
        After Completion of the First Packet, I opened the second one it consists of small insects inside it.
        And it is so disgusting, that the two insects moving in it. And the biscuits got dead(Not Crunchy).
        So, I need an immediate response from your side. Being a national Brand you need to take care of all the health precautions which may cause serious infections too.
        You can watch the insect on the biscuit.

            Misleading promotion of Paytm - Britannia Bourbon Offer promotion says : "Jitne ka pack utne ka free cash" means get paytm cash equal value of pack. but actually when i tried to redeem the code was not able to add paytm cash i also mailed to paytm regatding this issue it says : We would like to inform you that as per terms and conditions set by Britannia only 15 users can use their promo code on Paytm in the span of 1 hour. this was not mention in promotion

              I purchased a pack of Britannia bourbon which contains a free
              Paytm cash of Rs:26 .While trying to redeem the same through paytm website as
              advised page/portal & procedure, its showing a caution "Please try again
              after some time".Its happened several time and i failed to en-cash the promo-code.
              I want Rs:26.00 cash back on my paytm wallet or cash of Rs26.00 .

                  I had purchased a few britannia bourbon packs and tried to use the paytm coupon code inside the pack. But to my disappointment none of the codes worked. So I wanted to ask you if you they have any intension of providing the paytm cash or they have just printed the codes to deceive the customers and increase sales. If they dont want to give the paytm cash, there is no need to print it on the packs. Those who like it will buy the product for its taste anyway.                     FUNGUS FOUND IN NUTRI CHOIC BISCUITS

                    I HAD BOUGHT THE BRITANNIA NUTRI CHOICE BISCUITS A COUPLE OF DAYS BACK, BUT FOUND THAT ALL THE BISCUITS WERE FUNGII INFECTED. THEY WERE MANUFACTURED ON 21/12/2014, BATCH NO. B121438, LOT NO. 621313. PURCHASED ON 12/02/2015.

                        I found a plastic thread in a piece of the new Britannia good day butter biscuit this morning while taking the first bite. I would like Britannia to take a look at this issue.                             Dear Britannia Marie gold Manufacturing Team, We purchased a biscuit pack for our tea brake treat to one of my prestigious client on 12 August, 2015. Unfortunately while before biteing the biscuit we found an insect died and was with blood stripes on that biscuit. we fully disappointed with that incident and he gets vomit with the smell of biscuit. we are also sharing the same details to Indian consumer forum and also to the media and other social websites.                                   I filed a complaint over a week back and i'm still waiting for you guys to take any action. The complaint was regarding hair found in the biscuits holding two halves together.. registration number 34475.

                                  Please resolve by tomorrow (Monday) else i would be taking legal action.

                                    I purchased a packet of marie gold biscuits recently and one of the biscuits had hair in it. I didn't bother to eat the rest of the biscuits so can't say anything about them. I am sharing a picture of the biscuit i was eating.                                     I bought 3 packets of tiger crunch chocochips of your company and guess what? There wasn't even one chocochip in any of the biscuits. The reason i buy and eat tiger crunch is "chocochips" and there wasn't any of it in those 3 packets i bought.
                                    Please look into the matter as i love this product of yours. :/
