This is something serious issues about your product. I recently bought the Good Day 600 gm pack from DMART Electronic city Bangalore. But i found a warm inside this pack while eating these biscuits. Because we used to give these biscuits to kids. They will not even check anything as they are kids. If something goes like food poisoning or health issues, it's purely Britannia company will be responsible. This needs to be addressed and checked in the quality control team for the root cause. Either take care of this concern or I need to know further escalation or compensate. I haven't published in the social forum as of now. I have attached the picture and details.

Note This kind of products will spoil our kids health as well as side effects.
I wrote multiple email and calls no reply and response on this. If no action i need to take something serious action on this.

In NIT Silchar, Assam, on 22 April 2023, I bought two packets of Britannia nutrichoice digestive buiscuits of 20rs each from shop. I bought it because of its use of atta instead of maida in its buiscuit, but after eating it I felt its not the original buiscuit. I did some google search and found the logo of product was different, it also had only 6 month of expiry period while the one I bought previously from flipkart had 9 months of expiry period. My body can't digest maida, my doctor strictly prohibited me to eat maida products. For the whole day I have been experiencing stomach ache because of this. I want the company or the impersonator pay for my discomfort experienced during exam period. I also want fssai take responsibility for distribution of fake products in the region.

We found mold on Britannia cheese cubes bought from Reliance Smart Bazaar. The packet has expiry date of July 2023. The refrigerator it was placed in works all fine and no milk, milk products have gone bad in it since years. Please find attached pictures and take heed of this. Knowing how much kids love cheese, it is scary to see this mold and gives us second thoughts in buying it

Hai I am subavarshini. Past week I received a one normal massage from your company what they mentioned means your resume become shortlist for interview u make aa phone call and attend the interview. I also call the num one mam attend the call her name is Priya she told ur select for our company supervisor salary is 28700 r u wrk from home r office like that she asked in answered the questions.
After that she told pay 470 for application fee in also paid the next day she send the confirmation letter in this letter explaining the company rules like that and also make aa phn to help line num and tell u r joining date was comfortable r not like that I also called that num she asked 1000 for software kit for home from home I also paid the next day Priya called and ask 1000 for delivery charge I also borrow all the money and paid again next days Priya msg to me pay the 1000 for account opening for salary credit and also send aa ICICI bank from that also i paid . Again next day she told ur hometown is very long so pay again 1000 I also borrow money from so many people and pay . Yesterday again see asked 1000 for file not updated I told sry mam no money.
She told 1st day it self all amount refunded so only I borrow money form so many people and pay also past 5 days see asked my bank details for refund money but still now she didn't send the money and also didn't deliver the courier.
Giving borrow people's asking money from me I told that mam to.
Yesterday I make aa phn call to her she blocked my num and also didn't response what's app call nd msg also .
My joining date is 17.4.2023 still now they didn't deliver the courier and refund.
Pls give a my money

I bought britania nutri choice digestive biscuit from a shop near kandivali station east mumbai.
I am big fan of nutri choice i dont eat any other biscuit as this is class apart
Complaint is that this pack of this entire lot was burnt and over baked and taste was worst
My request first this should have been checked in quality check and rejected and not packed as it is over baked and taste is worst
The person having it for first time would loose interest and never buy again and regular buyer will not like it at all
So please note the lot no and manufacturing date and try to check the quality

We found most of the biscuits eaten by rodents or any other pests and the videos and pictures are sent for reference. Luckily the packet was opened by us else children would have eaten the biscuits without noticing the infected biscuits. The packet was unopened and hence we cannot claim this damage to the shop keeper.

Kindly rectify the defect and respond immediately.

It was noticed that the Milk Bikis packet had many biscuits eaten by rodents or any other pests. The pictures and videos are sent for reference.
I would bring to your kind notice that if this biscuits were consumed by children or any other in my family what would had happened.
Luckily we noticed and did not consume.
With much more difficulty I would state that the packet was not opened but the biscuits were found in such condition. Else I would have approached the shop keeper. It was found that the defects in biscuits would never be seen since the packet was unopened.

While eating the Good day Pistachio biscuits, i felt some hair like thing in the biscuit. I felt disgusting as i eaten half of that biscuit.
Please see to that, how it came inside the biscuit. Never expected this thing in such costly biscuits.

Dear Britannia,

I am Anil Methari a regular customer of Britannia products and i regularly consume Nutrichoice biscuits. It's been a shock to see a over roasted biscuits and they are like not able to eat (weird taste) as it not a product of Britannia.
So I request to check the quality and product of Nutrichoice, whether it is a product of Britannia or if it is please check the quality of the biscuits.

Gave Rs 500 and he also sent the form and he said fill up the form and send it to my WhatsApp so I sent it and he said a call came yesterday and also came then he asked me many questions and said he will give me the job of supervision Told about many facilities and said that you will be sent a confirmation letter for which he asked to send Rs 3105 online to the same account in which I had sent Rs 500 but I asked him why Rs 3105 so he told about many facilities I told that if it is not possible today then he said that he should manage and he gave me some time but I could not manage the money so I said that I will try tomorrow, he said that I will try, if speaking will not work, then you confirm. I said ok then he also said that if you cancel tomorrow then, you will be banned from Britannia Company job for 3 years.

Britannia biscuits, have been eating them since childhood. Be it marie, good day, milk bikies etc.

Over the years a lot has changed, the prices have increased, the quantity has decreased, and don’t even get me started with the quality. During childhood their biscuits used to be so good and rich and tasted amazing. And now, its terrible.

All peoples looking Britannia is like a trusted brand but its not trusted brand I an incident to share.

I buy Nutri Choice Digestive biscuits from Dmart. My 6 year old daughter have sugar so I give her this biscuit but when she open it & eat biscuit its the poor product Digestive biscuits so terrible.

The biscuits were over baked and tasted bitter. I had complaint to Britannia customer care before 12 days, but they didn't serious about customers complaint just relied "We regret the delay in addressing the issue and assure you of a revert at the earliest."

"Request your patience in the interim."

So my request is don't trust on Britannia brand. Be careful when your children eating Britannia's products.

Today's date, (17/03/2023) I bought a biscuit of Britannia and it's manufacturing date was (18/02/2023) and it's expiring date was (17/09/2023) when I tried to eat it by tearing the packet of that biscuit, there was something inside that biscuit because of which I could not eat it, actually it may I injurious my health badly because of that I was not eat that.i am attached video below for your reference and I need compensation on it otherwise I will go court.

When I submitted that Rs.1500, And without paying that amount I couldn't get any mail, or courier of job equipment . After that I'm sure that they are fake, completely fake. After which i decided to quit. As they also said that all the which i paid are refundable, so i ask them to give my money back, as i couldn't continue. Then after, they ask me to give an amount of Rs.1000 as cancellation charge, which they don't mention anywhere whether in the offer letter or when i ask about the terms of quit. And also said that these 1000 rupees are also refundable. Now, i am sure that i loss my Rs.2000 and i couldn't give more money to recover that. So please guys be aware of these fraud calls. They don't have any emotions, they only take the advantage of the need o[censored]s for the job.

Sir my name is Prathima and there is Offer letter in the name of MD MoinPasha Khan, which somehow triggers my instincts as a fraud job offer. Before I could come to some conclusion I thought of getting in touch with the reliable sources of Britannia as from few of the consumer portals I found that Britannia doesn't demand for uniform price instead they make this a deduction in the first month salary. Isn’t it sir.

Please confirm this at the earliest so that I can stop him from making the payment.

Kindly help me with the legit contact details so that I can help you with the fraudsters details who are spoiling the branded name of Britannia. I did sent an email to ID given in the website but the email was bounced back. So please help me and also let me help you Britannia.

Hello Britannia . In OLX i applied the supervisior job the location was kashibugga, lb nagar, warangal, Telangna
The HR manager and one other manager contacted me.they will says you pay first registration fee 470 and supervisor dress and shoe cost 1550, i payed amount, but no one was responding my call and switch offed there phones
