Hi Team,

With deep regret, pain and anger I am hereby writing this letter to bring to your notice the pain and horrific experience I have gone through in the morning of 15th August, 2021.

I bought a britannia - Nut and Raisin Romance cake in which there was sharp plastic piece of something ( approx 0.4 -0.5 cm, thickness 0.3cm arround. Find attached the picture of the same.) that got stuck in my throat on eating. As soon as it got stuck I felt very much uncomfortable and pain in my throat. I tried to get it out though the mouth by force. Just before I was about to be taken to the nearby Max hospital in emergency, I did my finally attempt and by god's grace the plastic piece came out with blood on it. I felt as if I had lived my worst nightmare in those 45-50mins. I have developed intense pain, rash and difficulty in swallowing since then

It still gives me chills to imagine what would have happened to me if the plastic had not come out of my mouth on its own. I would have damaged my throat, lost my voice or would have succumbed from the injuries had it injured my other vital organs.

Not anyone in their worst nightmare would have expected this from such a renowned brand as britannia. As a brand you have completely lost my trust and hope.

I want to be fully compensated for the pain, horror and torture which I had undergone because of brittania failing which would take the matter to higher court.

Sir your distributor/ representative not to taking any proper order because he says that your nearby store told that not giving any product to him so that he can not take any order from us. If I giving order by phone then also he then he provide some other places rather than shop so please do something distributor name Mahadev agency Jodhpur salesman name mr Suresh.

After many calls and mails and also tweets no can came to compensate me.

Now i am not going to see anymore on 12 th august my father would file a case against you cheap company and will also report to media.
You are just a ### britannia
And your employees are crook who brought a small packet of biscuit to us.
He is a crook.
I think he has eaten up all those biscuits those you sent.
The executive you sent is a hungry ### man who ate up all those biscuits of compensation and now is not answering the call.
He is a very clever and hungry man
You should fire such type of people who are not worried about company's name but are worried about his greed of those cheap biscuits.

At last see me in court now you hairy britannia.
AND ALSO YOUR EMPLOYEES AND EXECUTIVES ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS.

I am a RPD(RPD505(WB[protected]in an area in siliguri darjeeling my damage is not being taken by the super every time they give a new excuse for past 3months this is happening in fact every time .
The damage taken is not fully reimbursed . Their way of dealing is pathetic . My question is are they going to take after it get expired?
I would also like to highlight that the management is very poor they are creating new RPD in every 2 km now it doesn't feel like we are working with big and reputed company like Britannia such poor management I haven't seen, I have to work for a meagre margin of 1% and that too is taken away in damage.

It's my earnest request to take a quick action before the name of britannia is shunned.

I am buying every week 2 Dozen Vita marie worth 20 Rs each but from last three weeks I got around 12 pkt open with full of taste less.

So plz improve your Packaging . and give me some compensation that i got open pkt.

Hair found in not just one but 2 biscuits in the same pack. Not only is it a disgrace to sight but extremely unhealthy and unsanitary. This happening from such a big brand brings a lot of shame to the company, it's owners and workers. The products are not quality checked before being sent out in the markets.

I've bought Milk Bikis 5 Rs biscuit packet as a whole pack (contains 30 packets) worth Rs.150. In that, out of 30 packets more than 15 packets has 1 biscuit shorter than others.

According to your weight, each packet is 40.5gm (8 biscuits) and each biscuit is 5gm. Now, in the whole pack i lost around 16 biscuits that's actually 2 packets. And in the Last 5 months, it's around 10 packets.

Kindly sort out this poor packing! And ensure that all the packets has 8 biscuits.

Yesterday I bought a 5rs packet of Tiger Krunch from a local shop near to my house.
(Lot No. M/C - 25 18:06)
When I ate it, the taste was very strange as it got spoiled .
Earlier the quality was good, I was a loyal consumer but now I would've to change due to quality issues.
Also there's a need to verify what's wrong with the taste and quality.

In evening, I opened a new Britannia bourbon biscuit packet, it's cream biscuit. I eat first biscuit, I was about to eat the other biscuit it fell from my hand and I observed a live worm was there inside the biscuit, where the cream is there. I was shocked. I am buying these bourbon so long. And, it was that I noticed the live insect, if not I would have eaten a live worm. This is a peak time for hygiene and this what Britannia is giving on the name of hygienic packaged biscuit. I had not eaten outside food since a year. Now, I think these packaged food also I have to ignore. I don't know whether there was a insect in the biscuit I eat or not, but I am having stomach ache.

As I got a number from my friend for a job in Britannia and the number is[protected]NEHA HR) AND she told me to submit Rs 2000 for uniform, then second Madhavi HR called for interview I got selected and said to wait for the appointment letter and I got it and it is mentioned about the Rs 5000 for minimum balance for bank account opening from Kotak Mahindra bank

so what should I do is it real or not

First of all I got message that my cv selected for britannia company and then they called me and said you pay 470 rupees for your courier mam then they get me offer letter in soft copy, in second day britannia company HR MR. Gaurav call me and said that salary account would be open in axis bank so then he told me that salary account opening balance is 3, 000 rupees and i paid it, another day they mail me training letter when I open my training letter again they demand money said training charges 2, 650 rupees, and again another day they mail me that what you got in your courier like hard copy offer letter, Two pairs of dress, shoe and tie gate pass, welcome kit, Axis Bank salary account kit, Bond letter, 1 mobile phone, 1 Hp laptop and again and again they said you have to pay your laptop charge 5, 200 I paid all charges. But they didn't courier my instrument 4th July is my reporting day and I don't have any thing except offer letter and training letter. So please tell me it's geniun or not .

The marie gold biscuits have reduced in quality over the past few years. What used to be a solid, moderately sweet biscuit is now extremely sweet and doesn't have the same rigidity as it did before.

The biscuit also tastes like flour more than anything now, which makes it very unappealing to eat. Please return to the original recipe used prior.

Yesterday night I purchased britannia cookies from jumma al Madina supermarket dubai but unfortunately today afternoon I recived call from my son school and they discovered, it is already expired. So when i came back home evening I checked other packets i found all cockroaches eggs and mould. It is really disappointing. Kindly send me link i will send you photos. Secondly i rushed to supermarket and show them, than they also discovered eggs and mould on the corner of rappers.

I believe there are some duplicate products being sold here in Goa or the quality of the biscuits is being compromised for whatever reason. We bought a few Marie Gold biscuit packets the other day and most of them had bad uneven packaging and smelled like some kind of oil. They also had a very bitter taste. The biscuits also had too many point impressions on it and was a little disfigured.

I bought 50/50 biscuit pack in morning now
this package having less than 3 biscuit
this is major faulty of your company
what i will do for that i will take some action against yours

Can I know why you guys charge extra 15rs for 120gms.

If 40 gms price is 15 rs, Then 15 rs *3(40gms) = 45rs

So price should be 45 rs for 120gms.

Can you please let me know in detail why you are charging more for 120gms pkt.

Hlo ! I am a regular customer of britannia and i love your products specially atta breads but nowadays whenever i buy the atta breads i always get defected pieces. As the breads inside are damaged and have some raw material on them and also fungus like material . It looks really dangerous and also unhealthy. Your products really disaapoints me now whenever i buy them i have to think about food poisoning because they always come with company manufacturing defects. Its really harmful for customers. Kindly check your manufacturing properly.

We have bought Marie gold biscuit and found worm inside the biscuit. Couldn’t believe ourselves that how come this happened. I am hospitalized already for covid and I ate this biscuit. How in the world it can happen?
