[Resolved] Britannia Industries — Found a hair strand in biscuit | |||
I had guest at my house. And I offered britannia nutri choice biscuits. And In one biscuit my guest actually found a hair strand. It was very enbrassing moment for me. I have contacted britannia toll free number and registered a complaint about it. But they dont seem to take this into consideration. The concern person used to call me back and just say, "our executive will meet you in few days." And now its a month, but there is no response from the company executive.
