This is really ridiculous on part of britannia not to have any kind of product check before releasing their products.
I bought 3 packets of their so called premium bake rusk yesterday lot no. B0118j3 pkd. On 18/01/18 net wt.200gm, and hereby report to inform that they are all soggy & not baked - pic attached.
Theirs is the most pathetic rusk i’ve ever had - instead competitior parle delivers a much better quality product.
Shame on you britannia
