Britannia Suji Toast (Rusk) Complaints & Reviews

I was purchaed a toast packet from kasturinagar Banglore on 16/11/18 from a departmental store to use in the train while retuning to kerala .on opening the packet found that all almost pieces are burnt and black . Some centre is red and srrounding is black .photos of packet and the pieces is attached with in ഫോട്ടോസ്.

This is really ridiculous on part of britannia not to have any kind of product check before releasing their products.

I bought 3 packets of their so called premium bake rusk yesterday lot no. B0118j3 pkd. On 18/01/18 net wt.200gm, and hereby report to inform that they are all soggy & not baked - pic attached.

Theirs is the most pathetic rusk i’ve ever had - instead competitior parle delivers a much better quality...

I just purchased BRITANNIA SUJI TOAST(RUSK) last night from Mustafa shopping center (Singapore) and had 5-6 pieces with Tea in the morning. After an hour I felt heaviness in chest and fainted in the toilet. I went to the doctor immediately and he couldn't find Blood Pressure or any other issues. I never fainted in my 30 yrs life term. I had a headaque for couple of hours. Doctor gave me some medicine for heaviness and painkiller. I am scared to eat this rusk again. I do not have the wrapper since I threw it away and stored the rusk in an air tight box. I am from Dehradun which is famous for bakery and has been eating rusk daily since child. Has anyone faced similar issue with this product?

I AM A REGULAR CONSUMER OF BRITANNIA.. AS USUAL I BOUGHT A PACKET OF BRITANNIA SUJI TOAST(RUSK). BUT WHILE EATING I WAS SHOCKED TO FIND A IRON RIVET IN ONE OF THE TOASTS. ITS QUITE DISAPPOINTING AND SHAMEFUL FOR SUCH A THING TO HAPPEN WITH A PRODUCT OF COMPANY HAVING GOOD STATURE. MY CONFIDENCE IN PRODUCTS OF THIS COMPANY HAS SHAKEN ..ANYTHING COULD HAVE HAPPENED TO ME IF I HAVE SWALLOWED THIS RIVET IN RUSK.. SUCH A CARELESSNESS WAS NOT EXPECTED...THIS IS MATTER OF GREAT CONCERN AND SUITABLE ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN SO THAT THIS DOESNOT HAPPEN AGAIN..THE RUSK LOT NO IS 5156 AND DATE OF MFG 05/01/09 ...AND MFG IN PANCHKULA(HARYANA)..
