[Resolved]  British Council- Delhi — British Council- Delhi- Rigid rules of management and headstrong staff

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

I am pursuing English Impact- Module-2 course from British Council (so called non-profitable organization) from Delhi Center. I want to inform you that I am not satisfied with the course material at all. It is not meeting my expectation. I am a working person in corporate environment and the material of course is in my opinion suitable for Students or for freshers from studies and I want to switch into the course named "Speaking for Business" at newly opened center at Gurgaon as I live in Gurgaon and it's too difficult to commute to Delhi for a Working person. But they are not ready to change my course and do not look into the matter. I have had email, face to face and telephonic communication with them many times however they are very rigid to their rules and regulations and are not flexible at all. A student joins English course for his/her benefit and if he/she is not satisfied and asks for the change of course, in-spite of spending so much money, time and efforts. British Council should look into it, It's considered too bad and total wastage. Here I would complaint against British Council Delhi Center. They are not co-operating at all and their rules are too rigid. I am getting no benefit in-spite of spending so much money, time and efforts.
