I am pursuing English Learning course from British Council- Delhi (so called non profitable organization). I am not satisfied with the course material and it's not suiting my expectation and hence told to the customer care team. Had telephonic and email communication with them at length. But they are not ready to look into the matter and work out on it since they charge so much for few classes.They are too rigid to their rules and regulations
