Hi,
My laundry was collected by sri vinayaka dry cleaners, bangalore for dry cleaning on monday and i was promised that it would be delivered by wednesday. The date of delivery was october 5, 2017. Despite hourly follow ups haven’t received the same and have no response from the cleaners or the service provider bro4u.com. I would like to raise a formal complaint with the authorities to action on this immediately and close. I have informed them multiple times that i have a trip soon and need the items.
