In the site it is mentioned that free pickup and drop for more that 399 Rs, my clothes were 7.72 kg, which cost 768, still they charged 300 extra forcefully and was not giving me my clothes...

I got the service of plumber, and got charged more than doubled the price. The work was to just clear the tap for clogging and i was charged twice the mixed tap installation amount. Which was 800 plus 100 service charge.

I tried to reach out to any customer support, but there were none mentioned on the website....

My laundry was collected by sri vinayaka dry cleaners, bangalore for dry cleaning on monday and i was promised that it would be delivered by wednesday. The date of delivery was october 5, 2017. Despite hourly follow ups haven’t received the same and have no response from the cleaners or the service provider bro4u.com. I would like to raise a formal complaint with the authorities to action on this immediately and close....

Hello team,

On 6th june, i requested for a service on "bro4u.com" for getting my rental agreement notarized via order # 52515.

Post my advance payment of 149/- via paytm, they denied to franking the stamp paper and sending the printed rental agreement without stamping.

They are asking extra 100/- for getting it notarized which was not mentioned while booking the service.

It is unfair...
