Hello,
The laundry that i booked from bro4u.com has completely damaged my really expensive jacket and now they are not taking responsibility for it. While giving itself i had given clear instructions that this jacket is expensive if you cannot maintain it please return without cleaning it. But they chose to damage it so much that it cannot even be repaired and now they are not accepting their mistake. Attaching the picture for your reference.
