Tata DoCoMo / Fixed Internet Service — After Cancellation of connection Bill Payment haressment

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was staying in rented flat, hence I had to leave the place urgently, so as guided by the customer care that immediate closer they can't take on phone < I have to visit their shop. Hence I had gone to their shop on 28th August 2012 & had registered my closer of the connection (Request No. [protected]). The pending amount of August I had paid in September 2012 (Internet Pay Ref No MIDB[protected]). There after in the month of November they started giving me call asking for the Bill payment of Month of OCT & NOV. Many times I told them that I have closed my connection, still the calls were alive for me. After all I have put email to close the connection. Still they are asking for bill payment of OCT & NOV.

Request you to please take this matter and close it.
