I had requested deactivation of account of Tata docomo broadband internet service on July 29, 2012 but they are still not deactivating my account even if I have logged a complaint at their customer service 3 times after initial request. I was told that they will deactivate my account in 5 working days. I have paid the bill till 14 July, 2012 already. They are still sending me the bills. Yesterday I got message from them saying if I do not pay the bill they will take legal action against me. I have been asking them to deactivate and give me appropriate bill amount which I will pay immediately. Please help me out here.
