Same here. I ordered shoes online on 5th August and there is no response whatsoever.

They transferred fund to a bank thru Surat based company. I placed two pair of shoe .Got a notification, shipping company, express cargo from Bombay. Their support trying to convince, shipment delayed due to covid.Even after one month item not received or refund done.
