I have ordered a shoes and it was prepaid, they cheated me by not sending the shoes,

My order no. is 51294 ordered on 30 July 2020 for shoes but till date I didn't received my shoes. This is the worst kind of service you are providing and you have looted my money.

You people are fraud. I have sent you a lot of mails which u did not reply. My money is lost.

On 24 july, status of order get changed to Ordered.

On 28 july, status get changed to Shipped .

But still I dont have any further updates..

Need my refund asap.

4th aug 2020 purchase made fake co.

I ordered a sliper on 5 aug and today is 6 oct since 2 months it has not delivered kindly refund my money order no 68519

Hi i ordered shoe pair from their website since a month ago.
I didn't get any delivery of same.

We have paid through online as no cod was available.

No response to e-mail as well till now.

This is for your kind reference, I have placed a order through brothers footprint. Com on 11/07/2020 and the order number is #19303 "Mens Airfly Sneakers black" and made payment for that order through netbanking and the payment was also successfull. But till now I didn't received the product. I tracked through the link provided by the site and its showing as dispatched status, , , It's been more than 2 months till now, the it's ridiculous to say I have not even received any mail mentioning about the whereabouts of my product and you have easily received the payment. Sir I'm not even waited for a product for this long and please please don't say its because of corona, every one is doing awesome job in online shopping and this brothersfoot print is worse I have ever seen in simple words I don't know have I been cheated or looted, sir I need cash back and I need to escalate this to your higher officials if any, , and you are saying the product is been shipped, and I'm not in the mood to believe that too, the shipped authorities also performing good not even a word about the product please don't cheat this way you are entirely damaging the belief of online marketing, , , I need the refund of the order I have made. Sir chose la order kiya tha 31/7/2020 ko order no. 59406. Payment online aapne le liya message aur mail b kiya aapko but koi reply nhi he kyo aise online fraud karta ho aap

Of total paid amount of rs 499 and I have not received my product so I just called the customer care of brother's footprint and the concern person asked me to give my credit card details and cvv no which I refused to give him so he was totally unsatisfied and started to use un parliamentary langauge please take action against these people

Hello, status of your order #35331 with brothersfootprint has been changed to dispatched. Your awb [protected] shipped via expressgo courier.

There is no such expressgo courier service also and the facebook page of brothersfootprint is not even available now

I paid for the shoes and never received the package.

Was this a fake page?

Tracking always said, it says the transition is in process.

It's been over 1 month i am trying to get hold of these # but couldnt connect with them.

Someone can help me in this?
