Brothers Footprint — Status-quo on my order. No update at all on cancel and refund as well

I order for a sandals on 6th Aug and have not received any updates till date. The status of the order still shows as "Processing" from last 15 days. I have even filled the cancellation and refund form. not response to that as well.
