I am residing in NRI Layout in Kalkere and our neighbor opposite to out apartment has 3 large dogs and uses the rented house for his pet business. The dogs are untrained and are left to bark through the night. There are toddlers and babies in our apartment and most of them are unable to sleep through the night due to the dogs barking constantly. Request you to take action immediatly.
