Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike [BBMP] — Construction during Court Stay in place

Our property has been sold to others with fake documents, issue is in Court and we obtained the stay in 2017. Now the other party is doing construction.
They cant do this while issue in court, request BBMP officials to stop this construction.
