Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike [BBMP] — Dry waste collection not happening from many days

6th Main, ITI Layout, Mallathahalli, Nagarabhavi 2nd stg, Bangalore-56

It has been more than a month, since the dry waste collection auto has come to my locality ( ITI layout Mallathahalli, Ward no 129)
When we ask wet waste collectors about it, they ask us to complain about it, but whom should we approach appropriately, so that the complaint is taken seriously. I see that many complaints here are left open ended.
Please resolve the issue/ guide me how I can take it to the next level.
